  1. Fixed ships disappearing in campaign map. We are sorry for this very serious bug which temporarily got into the build. PLEASE RESTART STEAM TO DOWNLOAD
  2. Can you delete the settings file? It is in the saves folder of the game. The launch the game to regenerate the default, hope this will fix it.
  3. There should be fixes, but we are not sure if they are definite. Tomorrow we will fix more.
  4. *Update 12* - Continuous fixes on the formation movement lines. The jitter you previously noticed, which was an old bug, should be now fixed, even in fast forward game speed. - Various campaign bug fixes. - Fixed bug of shared designs which did not allow consistently all hulls to be built according to year. - Balanced the maximum army conscription of Major Nations. - Map pathfinding issues fixed. - Fixed old bug not calculating in UI correctly the monthly costs for submarines and ships. - Fixed too large shipyard limit for Italy. - Various other fixes.   5. Submarines are costing money. A bug that causes a logical exception during gameplay, may make them to not cost anything? Do you mean that their tonnage is not considered for the shipyard limit?
  6. Quickfix upload including minor adjustments to ship movement arrow. You need to restart steam to get it.
  7. Did you have shared designs used in this campaign? Does someone else have this issue?
  8. The problems of too wide formations started when players did not want the automatic reduction of speed of the division leader, so now when the division leader travels at maximum speed, the following ship cannot catch him, unless the division leader slows down (no player will slow him down) or we add artificial aids so that the ships behind exceed their maximum speed in order to catch up.... realism over practicality, what do players want?
  9. *Update 11* - Fixed reported bugs that caused campaign instability/crashes. Please continue to report to fix the rest. - Fixed re-emerging nations bugs. - Fixed naval invasion radius not being always visible. - Fixed bugs related to naval invasion. - Improved naval invasion losses mechanics so that it has more chances to succeed. - Fixed bug that did not allow to calculate correctly the VP after conquering a province. This can help to stop wars sooner. Needs testing. - Changed the German Nationalists flag to the German Naval War ensign of the 1930s. - Disabled the Manual rudder because it could cause various formation bugs (we will add back only when we find time to fix those bugs). - Improved overall the formation system by fixing various known problems. Needs testing. Please understand that you cannot expect to play in fast forward, change the movement direction of all ships at once and always get a consistent result. This cannot be achieved even in reality. - Fixed ship overturning by fixing some old bugs and updating the ship physics model. which was the main cause of the problem in light and fast ships. - Repairs in the ship movement arrow which should now work much more smoothly even in fast forward speeds.   10. Guys, as I said, we already look to it, and as you have seen in the beta, we already have offered formation improvements/adjustments and we will continue to do so until the result is satisfying. So why all this negativity?
  11. The problem of path oscillation is very old, now shown evidently with the UI and has minimal effect in the gameplay This is why there is no need for overexcitement. We already look to fix everything that you, the players report, but overexcitement and drama adds nothing to the result you, the players, seek. We will fix everything according to what is possible. Regarding the rudder, we remove until it can be stable, not causing any bugs. That is all there is to it.
  12. We cannot add more features to support manual rudder in order to fix its potential bugs. For example, a few players use it and order their ships to join a formation or screen or do something else, but manual rudder controls are preserved and so ships spin, and chaos happens. Do players want better formations? Then we have to cut features that do not contribute on this.
  13. You can check the previous version 1.09.3 in fast moving ships that the movement line has the exact same behavior, following the ship's motion. It is though updating a little differently and faster showing more evidently a previous "problem", not a new one. So all this recent overdramatization, which is usual during beta periods, just slows us down from focusing into real problems that thankfully a lot of players are helping us to solve, in a good manner.
  14. Is this an image of a new campaign or you continued an old campaign? Old campaigns will continue to have problems that are irreparable.
  15. Do you have shared designs used? Can you disable the shared designs and create a new campaign. By the Manual rudder is going to be removed. We noticed that a large number of players misuse this function or overuse it, creating multiple problems in the movement of ships. Drunken? What eventually is this new forum term? If someone can elaborate? There have been many improvements compared to the previous version of the game so such feedback cannot help us at all.
  16. *Update 10* - Fixed many bugs of the campaign that could make it unplayable for various reasons, especially when major nations dissolved and broke into smaller territories. It is advised to start a new campaign to test if a new one is completely free of such issues. - Fixed Major Offensive bug that prevented losses caused by allies to be calculated. - Major Offensives can now end promptly if losses are overwhelming for the attacker. - Fixed bugs of aiming that made aiming to not grow correctly, especially for guns of the left side. - Fixed various issues that could cause auto-design delays or errors. - Improved further the shell dispersion mechanics. - Improved the citadel weight distribution based on recent feedback. Your saved designs may need re-adjustments. - Fixed probably the last of the crucial formation bugs, causing division speed stalling when a ship got damaged or delay to turns for following ships of the division. The build should be now close to be a release candidate. Some small updates may come without notes. We hope now the most important bugs have been squashed and the build can be enjoyable for most of you. PLEASE RESTART STEAM TO DOWNLOAD
  17. Do you remember which Minor nation was it? There is a known bug that allows very weak nations, to have a fleet, which should not happen and this creates logical exceptions in the code.
  18. *Hotfix Update 9* - Fixed bug that could cause auto-design and campaign instability (crashes, button inactivity. empty opponents in naval academy and custom battles). - Fixed bug that could cause freeze at the start of a battle due to aiming errors. - Improved aiming mechanics after the bug fixes. - Shell dispersion improved so that not so many shells land short of the target but also over it. - Improved various known formation issues. It remains to improve the way that rear ships follow, because now they can delay and cause formation errors when they rearrange. We wish you a happy new year with health and happiness!   22. *Hotfix Update 6* - Fixed critical bug which did not allow to play the campaign. - Improved further the targeting code, and now all should work much better. PLEASE RESTART STEAM TO DOWNLOAD
  23. *Update 5* - Added in the campaign map many new provinces/ports based on historical facts including the enabling of the Arctic ocean in the gameplay. - Added important channels and straits in the campaign and finalized their mechanics. Now enemies will not be able to pass through them. - Fixed remaining large issues with targeting reset. Please check if all is fine now. - Battle Ai adjustments following the targeting fixes, because the AI was affected negatively from the previous buggy state. - Further improvements in ship movements and formation mechanics. - Fixed bugs that caused no advance and many losses in Major Offensives and fine tuned the Land Battle mechanics. - Fixed war reparations issue which made previously conquered provinces to appear in the list (Needs testing). - Fixed fully the smaller allies ordering more ships that they can support. - Various other minor. ***Warning*** Campaign Saves had to be reset due to the new content.
