Might be the first time ever but I agree with King of Crowns. The US players have been turned away by low population in the past. This is the chance to pull these gamers in which is what the game needs.

We secured our backside by taking New Orleans. Now we have a buffer of empty Spanish ports between us and the Brits. If the brits took La Bahia we would attack them because we do not want them in our back yard either. The pirates are a good team and we need to be secure to fight them US VS Pirates. This has nothing to do with the Brits and we have no plans to bring them into our fight. If you don't Alt Farm and you don't have an agreement with the pirates then what is the issue, everything is good then.

Nobody wants to do the sail to Pedro Cay or George town either. As far as port battles we talked about fighting over Cuba and Haiti. This part doesn't matter because we have no way of attacking south of Cuba anyways. This was just for port battles. PVP is still FFA.

If you look above Teutonic talks about a port agreement. All we do is have the same thing. We have agreed to the same thing with the Brits for home ports. We would like to keep the fight around Cuba. I do not understand why you would think that is an issue. We have no agreement with the Dutch but not sure why that would matter since we have no way to get there. Good Fight guys. Sir Texas before you assume we are just attacking the French you should know we were told they were not going to defend it. Alliances I will be honest about the talks between the US and Brits. Currently we are not going to attack home ports. For example we are not going to attack Brit ports south of Cuba and they are not going to attack US ports north of Cuba. Cuba is currently fair game to attach each other. Other then that we have agreed to nothing. We do not want to force anyone out of the game. With this being said we have all seen the screenshot of Sir Texas saying that Black will screen for the French on Haiti. The following things will be considered a French Pirate alliance. Black or Blood Screening for the French at any port or the French screening for Pirate attacks/Defence. The Pirates and the French organizing attacks on any one nation together at the same time. For example both nations hitting different ports at the same time of the same nation. Any organization of attacks will be considered an Alliance. The last item is if either nation is seen in organized farming of marks with another nation. These items will trigger alliance talks between the US and the Brits. Until this point the people that came from PVP1 will stand firm with no alliances.

It is funny how people think doing this will give them all these random traders sailing around. Like they are going to be the ones pvp in and there are all these people that just live to sail all around for goods then make ships to sell to them. Most of those players are long gone and the few that are left will alost surely leave with these new change if you get rid of all teleports. The people that just trade do it bease it is fun. When you take every bit of fun of it why do it? The new changes will put less first rates in port battles which is good. But they are going to do nothing for your open world pvp since they are just going to push more people away. No one is looking for a second job thag does not pay

Who are these OW hunters going to Hunt. Forcing everyone to put 15 to 20 hours a week into econ so people can hunt them won't work. I work normal business hours so I get home about 530. That givessel me about 2 hours to play if I want to play every evening. Assuming I have to interface with my billings ever 3 days. That means on e ever 3 days I will spend a full evening just trying to get my silver and gold from the bahams. I will spend another evening trying to get my other buildings up and down the coast. So maybe the 3rd evening I would get to hunt a little, that is if I want to spend every single evening during the week playing a video game. The time that you are asking people to put in is just way to much. Just the 5 days during the week that is already 10 hours then with rvr I will be sick with at least another 10 hours trying to move first rates for port battles. This type of commitment will cost the game pretty much everyone who works. So good luck with the micro transactions after the employed people can no longer play. The only way to make thus work is if teleport without ships still works to outposts. I like the idea of no teleport to freetown. Sets up battle lines again

Hethwill the only reason we had to have a meeting about "Geopolitical situations" is because there is no function to even out the nations. If that was put in place we would not have to. As far as the resources it makes it impossible for a small nation to ever compete without the resources. Here you have so many people, the leaders of half the game and we are all saying the same thing. The people that support the game are unhappy there is no question about that.

Louis what clan/nation and what kind,of numbers just so we know? Are your guys set on staying the same nation? Anything else we should know in case you can't attend.

Admins I asked a question before and no one responded, it is important for us to know. Are you going to put some type of shortened Port battle window on the global server? We would like it to stay open since it will be a global server. Can someone please tell us about the plan?

As a group we are really hoping to speak with you but I do not think we have anyone that speaks Mandarin. Do you have anyone that speaks English that can translate? I think we would all like to talk with the pirates as much as any other nation. As of the merge the slate is clean, it is time me make a place that we all enjoy. Leave the salt about one and other at the door.

Is there anyone that can confirm something that we will need at this meeting? The PVP Global server will have a port battle window like PVP1 current has correct? We have People from Euro to China that want to play on this server so limiting it to a window like the new EU server is going to hurt the game play of some group of people. Also we like the challenge of a global server. We do need this info for this meeting please.
