El de los forged papers esta bastante bien, otros MMO que he jugado te cobran 20-30 euros CADA VEZ que te quieres cambiar de servidor/facción y en este te da esa opción por menos precio y todas las veces que quieras por un solo pago. El único contenido via DLC que podrían meter son expansiones tipo WOW pero dudo que se pudiera implementar en este juego tal y como esta planteado. Lo único que podía animar las cosas seria lo de las raids que comentaron hace tiempo, no tenían mala pinta y hubiera sido un parche de contenido importante.

Si por contenido se refieren a barcos que ganan batallas "solos" se pueden meter el resto de contenido por donde quieran

You can craft your ship in a place where you can get your cannons (your capital etc) and then TP the ship anywhere else or sail it by yourself. are you really going to pay 7$ for a package of cannons? suggestions like this transform games like this in to P2W games. If you are looking for this mechanics go play War thunder, world of warships or similars
