Many thanks to great britain captains yesterday! it was a good evening for NA and OW PvP! i hope u keep up this fighting spirit for the next weeks so we can look forward for many exiting PBs, Screening Battles, OW Group PvP. Its a good chance for the high amount of new players in the british nation to gather pvp/rvr experience! show the french nation that war can also bring alot of good stuff to ur community and NA! i personally feel sorry for the 4 poor INB Guys that i accidently met far away from any land....but after the battles u show very good behaviour! no flaming no insults! only the promise to see u soon! gj!

@Briegel ja, man startet in der mission sehr dicht beim gegner, trotzdem kann man ihm problemlos entkommen: option 1: du segelst direkt durch sie hindurch, die gegner direkt vor einem schießen jedes mal aus extrem schlechten winkeln auf einen, was 95% der schüsse bouncen lässt. du hättest maximal 2-3 salven kassiert bis du durch sie durch gewesen wärest und hättest davonfahren können... option 2: du gehst sofort auf 45% zum gegenwind hin und fährst ihnen schlicht und einfach davon, ohne nochmal auf irgendwen zu schießen (maximal in der drehung chains oder aus den heckchasern chains...) wie du es sagst: try and error - kein problem, dann beschwer dich aber nicht im nachhinein darüber. der fehler lag bei dir und nicht dem spiel, dass du dich nicht über hostilitymissions informiert hast...

@Briegel ich weiß nicht, ob ich weinen oder lachen soll... ich weiß nicht, ob es überhaupt sinn macht, auf einen derartigen post/thread sinnvoll zu antworten... ich weiß nicht, ob der threadersteller das, was er da geschrieben hat, wirklich ernst meint... ich weiß nicht, ob du in der lage wärest, hier ehrlich gemeinte tipps anzunehmen... ich weiß nicht, ob ich es nicht am ende bereue... du demonstrierst hier erstaunlich wenig ahnung - was vollkommen in ordnung ist, wir haben alle mal angefangen, dieses spiel zu spielen - aber deine unkenntnis in diesem thread zu finalisieren ist leider eher für mich belustigend, als für dich erhellend. du hast mit einem recht: das spiel ist ungemein anfängerunfreundlich und vom allgemeinen schwierigkeitsgrad her sehr schwer (letzteres finde ich persönlich sehr gut!) was war meine konsequenz daraus: ich habe mir bei youtube videos angeschaut, im forum nach tipps ausschau gehalten und mir recht schnell einen clan gesucht, der mir weiterhelfen konnte (damals hatten die meisten auch nicht mehr ahnung als ich...) natürlich kann man hier nicht jeden spieler mit jedem vergleichen, aber man kann sich zumindest bestmöglich informieren, aus fehlern lernen und die sache ruhig angehen lassen (combat missionen dem rang entsprechend) tatsächlich ist es nicht billig ein schiff neu zu ersetzen, allerdings jetzt wieder deutlich einfacher, als vor dem mapwipe, da es jetzt wieder wesentlich mehr geld gibt - um so mehr bedeutet es, achtsam zu fahren. die option dem npc in missionen einfach davonzusegeln, hat man immer. das spiel ist keine simulation sondern ein sehr kampfrealistisches spiel im segelkriegsschiff-ambiente. wer etwas nachdenkt und die sich an den landmarken orientiert, der wird sich hier auch nicht verirren (maximal bei sturm) und falls man sich nicht sicher ist, wo man sich gerade befindet, dann nimmt man einfach das tradertool und schon sollte meine seine eigene position bestimmen können...

so embarrassing - the great french nation (at least in the history) gave up their last port in Guadeloupe... u just would have needed 25 (!!!!!!) players - dont tell me or anybody else u dont have these 25 players in 4th rates and 1st rates - to defend more than this 1 port u did u could have gained alot pvp/rvr exp but u decided to do PvE or nothing.... have fun.
