Anyways, we will see what alpha has to bring to this situation, if the capital is moved that'd be good. Havana is a rich but terrible spot for a capital with it being so close to everyone else. If not, I hear French New Orleans is good this time of year... -

I don't care for your replies. The fact is that over the past few weeks, people have been leaving the faction and going pirate, so I may reroll, I may join them but this is how spain died on pvp1: only very few of us were ever willing to defend. We had heaps of people wanting to attack, but that was unsustainable. (they all defected cause we tried to explain that we don't need ports) -

WE ARE NOT SCARED OF YOU. You are also too childish to see that our actions, raiding Key West ONCE and continuously outnumbering you are a direct result of your own actions. Not just the actions of your groups, YOU. There will be no declaration of war from the Spanish Empire however, as a declaration of war is not needed to engage terrorists harassing our territories. EDIT: And now you only attack with effectiveness when you know the Spanish player base if offline. Cowards as usual.

The letters of marque will only be active if a state of war is declared, and thus the partaking pirates will be privateering under the patronage of the Spanish Empire, receiving bounties and pay for assistance in battles & port sieges etc.

Compliments of El Victor for the screen shots.Players 'RockNRollMachine' & 'Walter' blatantly violating the truce by attacking players going to missions, and insulting players in combat with them. For now, the Legion del Mar and Armada Real de la Florida are still willing to engage in diplomatic channels, however this, dishonourable conduct is making peace very unlikely. The players have already been reported to the tribunal for vile behaviour, and these two give Sons of Liberty and indeed the whole United States a bad name. Whilst 'pvp' might be fun for you, for people going to do missions, to be able to have a fair fight with you guys it is not as they cannot hope to beat 2 renomees in a single belle poule or so on. This continued aggression is ridiculous.
