I was going to say something about being civil and staying on topic etc like I said before. However this degeneration is far too common thus why National News will be shut down. Hi Everyone, This is just a short thread to notify people that the Colonial Times Newspaper is now available for public viewing! Whenever an update is ready I will post a note here with the relevant gallery links. Gallery: Please do not hesitate to contact me regarding any errors etc. or if you have any suggestions Furthermore any people who wish to give me some insight regarding the politics of the power-blocs can contact me via PM on this forum or In game, your anonymity will be respected and so forth. Lastly whilst I am I pirate on PvP2 I have no intention of spurring propaganda, I wish this to be as unbiased and correct as possible. Thanks for reading and any suggestions! As a simple observer of these proceedings, people must refrain from attaching their own biases without any particular evidence in regards to the fact. What I gathered from Sir Texas' aim of this thread was to report and showcase the battles etc that are taking place on the server. Not a repeat of many other threads about politics on PvP2 where they turned into a podium for the boastful. Just look at the original post by El Capitano and do a search of 'Lord Roberts' to see what I mean by this. A little gentlemanly conduct can go along way chaps. Juan -
Sadly most of us have simply moved on to different games and such. We've all been playing non-stop since January/February so due to the lack of pvp that we can find etc a good number of my mates have decided to simply have a bit of a break from the game. I've actually deleted 'Juan Alfonso' with all his ships and resources and have chosen a new nation, simply to grind up from a cutter again and see how the new changes affect the early stages of the game.

People here seem to forget something. The fact is while you nationals talk big and so forth; your days of 35 port battles per day are nearly over. No more zerg for you! Therefore we as pirates can and will indeed persevere to screw up your happy little carebear lives as much as we goddamn please. You talk of ganging on pirates. Guess what ladies, that's happened 3 times before and it has not 'destroyed' us; in actual fact I relish the opportunity to be a smaller nation, easier to defend whatever we want. Be careful 'Great' Britain; you hate us so much; it would suck if we simply capped KPR and forced you petty quarrellers into our subordinates. I cannot say what is going to happen in the near future; but I can guarantee it will be full of pvp; fun and a whole tonne of butthurt for certain people who I as a gentleman shall not name for it would stain my honour -
I think this topic should be closed or simply abandoned; to be honest it has evolved into somewhat of a cesspool in which insults fly. The people who engage in such behaviour should know that the only thing to trade within this game are cannon; gunpowder & the splinters from impact; not petty insults or 'memes' like children.

They could hold said ships in their fleet slots; however that would present the problem of a possible loss of valuable upgrades and so forth. IMO we need a sort of dry-dock building so we can house ships say for a daily/weekly fee -
Aye, the flag mechanics do not restrict someone from two different nations buying the same flag for a port. Unfortunate but that's always been the case. We don't have to worry about this for much longer mate, flags are to be retired soon

I feel like this thread has gone way off topic. The OP is about forming a pvp zone and perhaps a resolution for new players. Yet several people (whom I shall not mention here) have opted to derail this thread and we have elapsed into chaos. Instead of people hurling empty insults at one another to justify vindication of their actions; the only way for people to truly gain vindication is an honourable duel, not this chaps

Ridiculous, when I was GB George Town & Placer were two ports that we always defended & hastened to recap if the Americans took them. Now they are happily given to the Americans by CKA. Forgive me, but that is the work of a fool. From my time fighting the Americans as GB and Spain one thing remained certain - USA cannot be trusted. Ever. Bah! Who am I to say anything; I'm just a Swede/Spaniard who's seen this happen 16 times! No matter my dear friends, soon the betrayer shalt become the betrayed.

To solve this shenanigan I have a radical suggestion to Britain - Get all of the major clans to actually talk to each other and decide on a course of action regarding the current situation. Collaborate & Work with each other to achieve a common goal - Being petty and vindictive should not be a priority among the leadership of Britain. The priority should be to actually strive to not loose Jamaica every three bloody days.

Like minds will go together I'm afraid. Benny was a problem even back when I was in AUS, Britain pvp2. He joined the clan, then promptly had a fit because he got ganked at tumbado and none of us went to help him as we had burned our teleport (before the age of free outpost porting). He then formed is own 'clan' and proceeded to screw over Sweden & France through continued actions, and did not even attempt to hide his blatant racism towards the danes. I have not met cordova. But from what I have heard I do not want to. Drama is the bane of the server. Too much imo. Hope things get better for you RebelWitch, keep battling brother o7
