It was changed in hotfix 3: On 30.05.2017 at 1:01 PM, admin said: Swing bed and elevating screw, Sur le Canonnage a Bord, Gunnery Encyclopedia, Table of parts of Ships of War angle bonuses temporarily removed for bug fixing (they will come back) At the moment those modules are being tested with the new Unity 5 build on testbed server.
