    I dont know why havoc went to swedes , but the fact that mostly dutch clans/players left the nation and went to swedes after cartagena just looks like running chickens.

    100% would vote to kill port bonuses.

    just keep investments purely econ based, resources, rare trade goods.

    it would have been 100% better if "port bonuses" meant unlocking Refits that we can't normally craft (like Boston Harbor Refit or Redoutable Refit) or making sure you can CHOOSE your refit type.

    you want to continue stating CRC is not an alt clan of BASTD Members? we have a lot of evidence to say the contrary :).

    in any event, Devs have found a solution that should solve the major issue most of us had with the "way" truxillo was flipped (which also contrary to popular belief was different from San Juan).

    It would make faking expensive.
    Or add a clear goal to hostility missions - which must be fulfilled and if it is not no new missions will be available in this region or from this port.

    That would mean two unofficial allied nations could keep taking each others ports and gain net. 100'000 doubloons every time.. not sure

     

    the incentive to show up and win could be a reward for more than the cost.

    I'm not sure if 50k doubloons WOULD be the cost for hostility missions, but if it was I think RvR would die. I know it was just an example.

     

    I really liked the Flag System for one major thing. It cost the clan/player money to buy the Flag, so if they didn't show to fight the PB they "wasted" that money. So I would like to see some sort of "cost" to hostility missions as well.

    I still would definitely enjoy more rewards for winning/Losing a PB - like a "thank you for participating" reward?

    Why in the morning, because it was actually the best time to get players. We did have a full Pb. Normaly we are 3-5 players online. Plus we had hoped to fight Bork. We are not at the level as the Mighty Havoc, so we where looking for a fight against an egual opponent.

    I'm touched to be considered equal 😀.

    Truth is we were fighting battles in the windward channel and totally forgot there was a PB.

    We even had plans to go to watlings for ow pvp and forgot that too. Just #UStzthings.

  9. Personally, I believe we should be able to invest port points in order to create rare resources like wood.

    That...or

    When controlling an entire county, the owning clan of the capital should be able to have that port drop rare resources.

     

    I personally always found it irritating that resources used in crafting modules we found in unconquerable ports. I do agree that if we are to have them in the nation's unconquerable capital, then all nations should have a resource used in a good mod. It would definitely be a boon for all players to have the ability to personalize their owning ports, or pave the way for economic success through trade exploits.

    10 havoc do a hostility mission to flip san juan.

    1 random swede "invites" 9 russians to flip truxillo. 

    if you don't know what's wrong with that then I can't help you. 

    there was a suggestion before that seems so obvious that we have to question why it wasn't fixed before -- the nation creating the hostility mission is the only nation that can enter the attacking side.

    in Eve Online, the Devs made it explicitly clear what is allowed and not allowed when it comes to mechanics.

    however, in Naval Action, we don't have clear rules regarding what is allowed and not allowed in a lot of "issues."

    The full simultaneous broadside, causing more confusion at the enemy, causes the maximum strain. Which I would love to see in game.

    maybe random fire could have a bonus to reload shocking an enemy? but then i don't know how you would "make" that work.

    this isn't time to be smug about how we found a way to abuse the RvR system, this is seriously something worrying.

    Outcome: Swedes defend against the bee swarm. Really tough to fight against, requires a lot of communication from your fleet bros. Thanks to everyone who was patient and sailing close.
