  1. Xsolla reported they have fixed the problems by the time of your message, Apologies for the inconvenience! is the problem still there? Please provide full details, and if you can, also upload some screenshots with the problem on services like imgur.com (to let us understand the problem better): 1)You installed the launcher; 2)Redeemed the key; 3)Installed the game; 4)Whenever you try to start the game by clicking on the Play button it crashes (?)   2. Greetings Captain,The game was released from Early Access in June 2019, there was a final wipe (there won't be wipes in future).You can try to complete Exams and gain Master and Commander rank and some ships as a head start. Tutorial is available in a port (via ESC menu).

  9. Captain, do you have any screenshots? You, most likely, experienced temporary connection issues. A screenshot would help a lot to understand the problem.   10. Greetings Admiral. The game is not yet available on Steam, you have to play the game through game launcher provided by Xsolla, check your emails for mails from Xsolla to get the link. If you cannot find it, please contact me on ink@navalaction.com via email that was used to purchase the game

  18. Greetings Admiral. Right now you can only buy the game on our website through Xsolla, most likely you have to wait till the game will be available on Steam to be able to buy the game with Brazil reals

Admiral, please try to completely uninstall the game and launcher files by this guide: please try to uninstall, then remove all temporary files (once you uninstall the game): 1) Uninstall the game from launcher, then uninstall the launcher, after that make sure no temporary files remained: 2.1) Press Win+R then type: %HOMEPATH%\AppData\LocalLow\Game Labs\ Right click on Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts folder and delete it 2.2) Open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R and type cmd, press enter afterwards) type: regedit Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Game Labs\Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts Right click on Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts folder and delete it Close regedit 3) Open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type: %HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\ delete the folder Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts if it is there 4) Install the launcher and download the game
  20. Admirals, this is definitely a false positive, we will check what causes this and it will be fixed.
