It's been two weeks of logging on try to defend this or that port come here and there just to see most of the faction do nothing at all to help. Now the brits took the gulf of mexico and somehow the habana is full of flag capts that never came to defend anything or even showed signs of trying to help. I personally grew tired of spending my entire online time to try and help people who doesnt even care for the nation. Why should i? Now im not telling anyone how to play but if they are free to do what they want so do i. And if the racc was the devil that sunk the spanish nation now the brits have no reason to keeo warring the spanish. Happy puppeting.

Ok. This is the thing... The spanish diplomat (Gaizka) told the spanish clans that there was ABSOLUTELY NO patch for siguanea or any of the southern cuban islands. On behalf of the attack on corrientes. We didnt even take it, the guys retreated from port because it was a mistake on their part. Just clarifying those 2 points.

Threatening to leave a game in alpha because a person didn't get the punishment you wanted is not what i'd call being constructive.

Yeah the spanish are "exploiting" the port mechanics... except that the brit nation is more than able to defend at the times we play yet has 70% of their ports at a time where the server has 300 ppl.

While i totally agree with you on the usage of alts, i believe that this thread should stay on topic about THIS offense and shouldnt be derailed. While this is true we are measuring a penalty for this issue, and to do it fairly we have to measure the whole picture, not just this thing.

I'm not complaining about port battles. I'm making a point about how a lot of game mechanics are being exploited yet everyone gets so salty on this and not on people having extra account to get resources from other nations, or the other trillion exploits that are happening in the game so far.

Everyone around here is talking about how this flag thing pinned down them having fun but nobody even cares about the spanish fun because as far as im concerned we are totally unable to cap any ports. We launched an attack on siguanea the other day which was fun running the flag and all and the brits defended, next day timer is 06-08. To me that is an equally shameful exploit and the people behind it are hiding saying its game mechanics. Now i don't want this guy to go unharmed but an account reset and a perma ban are way too much for this.

+1 There is no official ruling on this i would warn the accounts involved in never doing it again and do an official ruling on it.

There is a need because we are in an european server with ridiculous timers, and for most of the people the game is now not in 1 year when they revise the port mechanic. This should be pretty high on the priority list.

And it's making people leave the game. If you have to fight a war, let's make it so at least you get the chance to attack.

I'm not saying you guys are pussies or anything, i'm just pointing the fact that the british faction has people on all the timezones whilst we don't and it's no fun this way. You want to win the war, of course, you have the ships and the people. But being all the day on the defensive while not being able to retaliate at all to secure the borders or try to expand in a strategic way because all the timers are on another timezone it's not gonna help the player base at all. You wanna do it this way because it's your way. Fine with me but don't go crying to the admins or the game devs when the game is half dead. And this is the last time im arguing about anything because you guys don't really seem all that reasonable you try to appear. Peace out.

About the port timer issue and the aussies and banging on us crying about that i have to say that in 3 days almost 10 english ports changed timers to 06-08 in fact there is a new joke in the nation about great britain being great 06-08. Im not bringing this up as a QQ more in any means, Spain did it aswell. I'm just saying that it is no fun for anyone be it brits, spanish, americans whatever. Also i didn't say we wanted peace, but bear in mind that your eastern front is shrinking

Pepe did this, the RAE did that... The fact is that i think the spanish grew tires of letting ports undefended for the brits to take on promises of a brighter future which never came true, be it because whoever did whatever but i think that is the case. And it keeps getting repeated, you brits attacks our ports and when we do whatever to defend us or try retaliate it's an offense to the crown. If i were you and i really wanted peace i would show signs of goodwill such as putting some of the yucatan peninsula timers on our time so we can both fight there for fun, or not attack us while you want to talk. What definitely isn't working is what it's going on right now and while i don't speak for the spanish nation i think most of the nation has the same feeling i do. That being said i'm not asking for any of that, just pointing facts about how ppl is probably feeling.

So far as i know you attacked our ports the other day yet you say we bought a flag while we were talking... till we sign anything its still war. There's no way you are attacking our ports then talking and we're just gonna stand by

I don't think that this toxic attitudes in between our Nations are going anywhere. I've yet to see a Brit do anything i haven't seen a Spanish player do and vice-versa. On a side note please tell the king that if he feels like bleeding his nation on the western front while the eastern front faces difficulties we are more than happy to keep fighting. Sin ningún tipo de duda, esos dos malnacidos de la RAE que fueron a defender un puerto español, por el que según el Sr. Gaizka no habia ningún tipo de tratado, son unos hijos del infierno y se merecen ser quemados por influir las mentes de las pobres marionetas los pobres españoles que estaban en la alianza de clanes y estaban total y perfectamente informados del pacto. On a sidenote, us the spanish clans defending Siguanea, were told A LOT of times by the spanish diplomat that there absolutely NO PACT for the ports of the south of cuba. Since we were told that we thought that a bit of friendly pvp with our neighbours the Brits wouldnt hurt anyone, but apparently you dont like having some friendly competition. That being said i wouldnt pretend to leave half a nation outside of an alliance and pretend everyone to do as i say.

I feel so sorry for the Swedish and French natins, they had to take on superior forces while their allies were beating a dead horse. You guys got all my respect for fighting and props to the Swedes that didnt go pirates.

I can understand solo people wanting to go into port battles, but you know... flags cost a lot of money and i think the ppl spending it should have a chance.
