You are insulting him and go to the tribunal ? He was polite for sure, but he said "get the f*ck out there" in this case he used the word "f*ck" but not as an insult, it is a harsh way to say "go away". Then you clearly insulted him by two time, i don't really know why you are on the tribunal here, to me you are guilty in this case, even if he was trying to steal "your" prize. Plus we don't even know who started the battle, but in this case it's not important to know, then as the picture show you are doing the boarding action, so we suppose that he don't even steal "your" prize.

Those battle are mission that you take on ports, unfortunately we can't close the mission, otherwise, trust me you won't be able to enter. Doesn't mean that you are espected to join if the BR are already in favor to the "non-pirate" side, so many peoples steal the prize of other players, so that this is the reason why barhidious told you that he don't want help, however i understand that he should not have demasted you. Something really bad actually, is that even if someone steal your prize you can't say or do anything to prevent that, just hope to find some mature players that are not going to steal tour prize, wich is rare.

Hello, I encountered some griefer, just few minutes ago, in my previous battle. This got to be in the tribunal, and this kind of bad behavior are something common in NA and i feel like i got to waste 20 minutes of my life to post a report, i hope that you are going to give punishment against the griefers. I was doing a battle near Port Royal, i managed to capture a "Trader Brig", i got to say, in a battle i started on my own, so i didn't "steal" the ship of someone else like many players do, without feeling ashamed, and so there was no reason for other players to turn hostile toward me. Then the others player that joined the battle started to become hostile toward me during the boarding action, and more violently after i captured the ship. They destroyed the trader brig all together, and was not hidding from this like this screenshoot is showing you. I wasn't able to leave the battle with my prize as the ship was damaged (but more than 25% to 75% by side before they started shooting at me), by that i mean that the ship would not have been sunk if they wasn't griefing against me. I was short in crew after the boarding action, 12 crew remaining, so i wasn't able to go in survival and run away while peoples from my side was shooting at my ship. I was forced to abandon my prize and those griefers sunk it. This is totally stupid (im sorry i can't find more appropriate word) they prefere to sunk my prize than letting me escape with it. This, just becasue they don't want me, to gain money/ship if they do not gain something too. This bad behavior deserve a punishment, i hope that you are going to do something. Finally spent 30 minutes in the battle for nothing more than getting bored, the 30 minutes on this forum. Name of the peoples that insulted me AND destroyed my ship are: Phi2301, Sentinel. Also, player: Uzii, that left before the others players start destroying my ship, insulted me copiously.

Here it's a battle involving pirates against pirates so i don't really know. But last time i have make a battle and didn't manage to get a shoot on the target but i have hit a friendly ship, and at the end of battle i have lost few xp, so maybe if you tag peoples of your side, you just loose xp for each shoot you land on them instead of gaining xp. But honestly i think that this should be different with pirates, i don't think that a pirate should be penalized for attacking any nation, including an other pirate.

Pirates are Pirates, no need to say more. They are already Pirates, so if they shoot someone of their nation, nothing is going to happen i believe.

Possibility to lock battle is the most awaited features to me (that unfortunately is not a planed feature) if you finally manage to start a battle against, say; a trader ship/fleet alone, wich is hard as you have to avoid any players and especially invisible players, once the battle start there will be severals players that join the battle and try to sink/damage the merchants, or simply steall the boarding action, this is really a bad point to me, sometime you just want to make a battle alone, but you are forced to suffer from all the peoples that join the battle, even if they saw something like 10BR for the opposite side... Extremely disappointing.
