Showing that stats even give more evidence of his treason or his incompetance, two fleet are almost equal and lose to defend a port. look at this battle of Guama Sevillla , the british bring in 4 victory, st pavels, bellona, alot of 3rd rate , +4 connie and look at the pirate defending fleet. our fleet mainly 3rd rate, 2 pavels, 5 frigates and 1 santi and our fleet have been separated and spread out alot because 3 / 4 come afther the battle started, the brits have higher br than us but we still manage to defend the port.

Oh you did try it before, you tried to be the king of the pirate kingdom, but the pirate coalition is not blind they just kicked you out because they saw your true nature, that s why you are so salty right now and will do anything to harm the pirate community by working hand in hand with the british or who ever that allow you to take your revenge. PVP server 1: I have heard alot of people said leader of FTS a pirate clan Bigvalco, an egocentric person that has only goal to become a Pirate King and will do anything for it even harm the pirate community, but I never trust those rumours until today even if there are some suspicious events happenned before : Saint Nicolas, set the timer very soon at morning so no pirate cannot defend and let it captured by the british navy. Make a deal with the british royal navy taking 3 Jamaica ports then give them back to brits so the british can set the timer again. FTS Bigvalco pretend they cannot defend those ports because the british attack them at the same time but actually he set 3 ports timer at the same time to allow it. Even afther that they could easily defend 1 port in the battle that they have equal force 25x third rate + 5 towers vs 25x british third rate that attacking but still lose. Defending ports are always easier than attacking port because the attackers need to destroy 5 towers and have x2 BR at the end of the battle, at equal attacker and defender force we can almost never take a port unless the defenders are really incompetant, also he set the timer very late at US time so no other pirates can come to defend those ports. So the answer to this question is very simple : 1° FTS leader is the most incompetant person that can even organize the defense of the port they took or 2° He made a deal with the british navy and deliberate let the british took those ports back and set the timer on those ports that allow them to have free hands to launch massive invasions again. Today, he start an attack against Dane-mark norway nation when they are buzy fighting against the british navy allow the british navy to launch massive attack on their other ports. but still Bigvalco pretended he doesnt work for british royal navy. Those political and diplomatical lessons are certainly clear for a high born gentleman like you milord, but they seem to be too complicated and incomprehensible for the lower class like us. Weird, british navy used to come to Mortimer as big fleet and gank every small ships there before, maybe I m wrong but I havent seen any pirate post complained about it on the forums yet, we just learnt to deal with that, now for the first time Port Royal is in the same case and alot complained post on the forums and the rule will be changed.

Sir, you just confirm what I said previously, pirate dont do politics, we do not conspire, do not send diplomats to other nations to ask them attack each others to take advantage of the situation like some nation you know who. But indeed we have friends whom we treat as equal as they do with us and like all friends we help each other. Your nation (actually we know exactly who is behind that, we are not fool) took Bahia Esconcessa from the pirate coalition, and of course we will strike back, but when we attack , just expect no mercy because pirate have none.

I could not agree more with this, I think sometime people care too much about winning or losing and forgot that we play games for fun. I love frigates alot too, for the OW i dont want to sail anything else than them. SOLs well they are what they meant to be, for big battles against other nations in battle line, I will only use sols if i must fight in port battle or big battles that imply many other sols, but i dont really care if other people like to sail with those ,everyone is free to do what they want. If fighting against the biggest nation that have 1 / 3 of the map is a policy then yes we are guilty , our politics are preventing british great empire from taking over the world. Do you realize that you still can do all the things you want as pirate right now, sailing in small ships, ganking in mission, raiding in small group with only frigates? I ve never been myselft interested in sailing in sol, and I always sail in OW in frigate class ( even if i reach max rank long time ago). I saw alot of people just want biggest ships, with biggest guns and stay just in front of the capitol to show off their big ships, what it s amuzing is those are also the same people that complain on the forum that they dont want to see everyone in first rate. Some people think pirate should only do piracy, it means fighting in small group,raiding, robbering,ect but there are also some other people (included myself ) believe that pirate could also be more than just a bunch of rascal that destroy, rob, plunder everything on sight. Pirate could build up the most democratic anarchy utopia world where freedom is the foundation and where every men are equal despite their original countries, the Republic of Pirate. When you suggest to change the game mechanics it will just make pirate confine to only 1 play style which is piracy when right now players are free to chose the playstyle that suit them most.

The truth is we came to Jeremy to see if we can capture it, but when we entered the battle, the oponent force is just overpower us, 5 victory, 3 pavels, 5 bellona and other 3rd rates when our fleet is composed only 2 bellona and the rest are the third rate and 1 tricomalee and we also need to destroy 5 towers. What can we do in that case ? Even the most incompetant admiral see the unbalanced of firepower that makes impossible to win. Running ? I think it s out of question for pirates , running is not FUN, so we adapt our tactic and try to get the best result, and trying to sink as many victory as we can seems to be the best one, and we did that, 4 Victory sunk and 1 escaped. But what I love with pirates that we dont really care much about winning or losing, the most important thing is having fun like Bloody Hound said and if you watched the streamming of the battle you can see it by yourself too, we were laughing alot during the battle. It seems that alot of people forgot that we play game for fun.

I will try to give a simple exemple that s very easy to understand : Right now it s a democratic process, everyone are fighting with almost equal weapons, everyone can have a sword even if it s just a rusty sword, now you want to remove it,makes only the elite people can use a sword, the commun people will fight with a knife, what will you think it will happen when someone using a knife fighting against someone using a sword ? Actually that s how it works in real life during the Dak Age, only the elite class like knights can have a sword, the commun payseant arent allowed to use it. But this is a game, do we really want that kind of elitism in the game ? For some people like you who probably think it s the right way by trying to favour the few elite players. By my experience of playing some games from the past, the games that favour the elite( by by Pay-to-Win or by any other ways), at the end the commun players just all leave because there s no way and no fun to play with a huge disadvantage that gives zero chance to win , everyone know the result of the battle even before the first engagement. In a while only a few elite people will stay but at the very end they will also all leave because it will be boring for them too.
