Crafting Ports

Are there ports that are better for crafting or have a crafting bonus?  If so, how are they identified.

For crafting ships i know that capturable ports have higher chance of ship being crafted with bonus. (At least that would I been told by people who have crafted many ships).

But I don't know how much higher that chance is.

I think there are no regional bonus anymore, but bonus for crafting out of green. However I see people hiding craft region info on screenshots of some gold ships.

I can understand hiding that.  It would become a focal point for the hunters (me included).

Thats probably so that where a clan crafts their ships doesn't become public knowledge.
