Yesterday outside English Harbour I could enter the PB only by clicking the swords on the sea. When I clicked on the town it always said "St. John's - No port battle". But St. John's is on the opposite side of the island and should not be clickable when you are in front of English Harbour. Unfortunately I had no time to make an F11 report. You must only aim above it. works only with capitals. other cities PBs are only accessable over the swords. Yah cause some times they can get a few battles in front of the port and hard to click on the swords so I use to just always click the city. Which you can some times see around a corner.
