Fix the Port Battle PLEASE

  Either Add no Tag circle(like the Capital Green Zone around a PB target from 60 min before to 30-60 minutes after where NO ONE can tag anyone. 

                     OR 

Do not allow small fleets or Single ships to drag Battle fleets into battle that do not wish to engage...  IE a small ship that is 50% of the targets BR shouldn't even be able to start a fight (there by allowing other ships that had no chance to get into teh fight to arrive..)

     PLUS

Allow Defenders to log straight into the PB from inside the Port... It makes Absolutely NO Sense that a Defense Fleet sorting  from a Port to Defend that port can get pulled into a separate battle while parked AT the Port.

You have battlegroups now + the tagging circle is on the defender so single ships or low BR groups have no chance of dragging you into battle.

As defender you can position yourself for the portbattle which is pretty important depending on the wind. If you would join from inside port where should you spawn inside the battle?

   YOu should be in the port entrance or just out side it in battle.. but that silly timer before you can join a battle is pointless when others can attack you... The point is that a Defender that starts IN the port should never have a chance of being dragged into a screening battle..

That is why there is a count down timer. You can not attack OR be attacked upon exiting port. You are the only one that can see this timer and will know the exact time to click on JOIN. That is why people will sit INSIDE the port for 2 min after the port battle has started. This way they can exit port and join the battle without being intercepted.

Except that after the timer is up and you can get attacked you STILL cant enter a Battle... The 2 make Zero sense together

Lockdown 100% region until PB is resolved.

- no NPCs generate in the area

- no TPs available into and from the area

Have your Battle Groups do what they have to do, both defenders and attackers.

Once PB is resolved, back to normal.

Works both ways.

No I want to abolish the Stupid Screen Fleets. Frigates did NOT engage Ships of the Line . You bring a Screening fleet of SOLS go for it.. that is why mention the BR thing. But Defenders didn't worry about NOT being able to Defend their own port because of a Enemy Screening fleet. THEY WERE IN IT ..

I can tell you sir it did happen, and there are more than enough documented cases of it happening I dont even need to paste them here, you can just google it.
