Do the labor hours increase as you gain crafting levels?

 

I could see if you were a level zero crafter getting a smaller amount of hours per day than if you were a level 30.

It would be fair if the labor hours you receive would increase the higher level you get. Having the same rate as a high level crafter is a pain in the ass as bigger ships require more labor hours but the recharge rate is still the same as a level 1 crafter.

People WANT faster recharge, but the game NEEDS it to stay like this.

This poll is just going to shown that people want to be able to craft 7 frigates and a bellona per day, whilst that is complete and utter bullshit.

 

Besides, how do you think crafting will look like when there are not 130 players, but 2500?

Maybe we should be able to upgrade our rate of labours/hour but it will be cost money to do so. Like hiring more workers but will cost an amount of money for every worker.
