Hethwill Posted July 29, 2017 Share Posted July 29, 2017 The Perks are from the Captain, not ships specific and affect the ships under the captain. Controlled + fleet. Knowledge and mounted equipment are ship specific. Ships moved to fleet do lose all knowledge in slots. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Fleet ships have a few things going for them, the same as all AI: Increased accuracy Increased turning (I think) Marines Now, whether they SHOULD or not is another question entirely.
