Everyone knows the rats have alts in nations. It should be easy enough for anyone to kill them, even for non-[WHITE] pirates; especially if they are sailing with smuggler turned on. If that is the case then what's done is done. This is an "All Call", therefore nothing has been set in stone. About your nation gaining ports, we really need to get the US and Brits into talks with Spain.
