Without doubt, I vote Venus.

My second and third choice were the Vrijheid or Wenden and Wasa, but sadly I can only vote one ship.
P.S. My sense of aesthetics prevents me vote any of that two spanish ships. Really you didn't find another spanish ship more pretty? Even my patriotic sense don't makes me vote any of those things so ugly. lol

That can be said of the Spanish as well, especially when you took Tampa, at an hour not good for most American players.

And remember, Tampa was the first US (green) port taken from you. You taked 6 spanish, 1 french and many grey ports before. It's reasonable our hostility I think.
We were trying to be fair (setting timer) in Rio Seco. I bet your timer in that port is 4-6 now. I suppose we need use that too and we begun in Tampa. As always, you are leading the way to go, not us or the rest of the world. As we say in Spain, "De aquel polvo, este lodo" and "recoges lo que siembras".
And yourself showed that you don't need set timers in 4-6 am EU time. Rio Seco was taken in a reasonable hour for both America and European timezone. You gathered a great fleet. It's not credible that you need use that trick and Rio Seco is the proof you can afford other hours. It was a (unintended) trap that discover your tricks.
Everywhere you look, your timer setup are a gamey protector shield used for win and make bombastic headlines in your imperialist yellow newspapers. You are using port timers for win, and you know that, because it was and is your main tactic from first port taken.
You are bulling and throwing yellow journalism, but the world will have an answer to say.

Of course, it's true, because the invasion came from 10 minutes travel and we need prepare and sail 30-40 mins with the wind in our face. And now all ports have the shield of timezone difference.
It's a pity that US don't take the bravery of set time port conquest in a hour where both can respond. We conquered Rio Seco but not from US soil. Rio Seco was grey port. And the hour was set in a mutual timezone. Rio Seco, as all people can remember, was not taken from US, but US take anyway with other grey cities. With sorrow, all civiliced world can see the real nature of the olive branch "made in USA" and their agressive diplomacy from behind the protective glass.
US people can yell "Remember Tampa" as they want. But Tampa, although it was also originally gray, was the only US port where Spain could say something. Other stolen places are out of reach (cowardly). As is the standar of US "diplomacy", they had created many names for Spain's people can remember. Cayo Biscayno, San Mateo, San Agustin, Ays, Nueva Smyrna, Sarazota, and probably today two or three uncontested ports were night-flipping to the list of grievances. As well as french cities are been added to the list too.

Yellow ports are spanish ports. You attacked first, period.
Maybe your googles's glass is blue coloured then you had confused yellow as green colour.
If you want exchange ports, make the offer before, not now when the port is stolen and the aggression is done.
Is difficult go to negotiate with someone that first take and then he wants to speak.
If you 'd just taken only neutral (grey) ports, then your bulling would sounded a little more as a "reasonable approach from reasoable people".
What the heck is that "manifest destiny" you said many times? I only see a map with coloured points, and yellow are spanish.

I propose include in a corner of screen a clock with Server hour (which we can see now in conquest screen only) and a clock with local hour based in client clock.
If it's possible of course.

I am not stupid, I know the mechanic perfectly yes, but I was speaking about they use that as "diplomatic weapon" using it as a reason for grew fear in our hearts. I was speaking in role playing mode anyway and Ididn't want speak about broken mechanics here. BTW maybe is more fair all ports open and let the night-flipping party begin.
Of course, they can set that window, but they are using it for force an alliance with Spain. I was spaking from a diplomatic point of view.
1- USA conquest first.
2- USA approach with a proposed alliance.
3- USA use the time window as threat if alliance is not signed.
They have invert the steps, the correct is first, you send a proposal and if rejected then war.
But now when they are alone, they see their mistakes and want turn back the landscape, but again, with a new wrong approach.

Oh yes, the loss of all spanish ports of Florida was a tasty "olive branch" yeah. The breakfast of any spanish player was more tasty every morning seeing the long list of ports steam rolled in the night, without pre-warning, but maybe it was "your rightfull divine destiny" I guess.
For Pig Cloud's sake! Your "olive branch" was a little... gross and hurts. So gross that it is more a club. You see Spain as a weak and sick babyseal, and sealclubbing is your great diplomatic approach.
And the use of night conquest and port timing window as diplomatic weapon is the iceing of the cake.

Si necesitas salir en alta mar puedes. Si te sales directamente tu barco se queda 10 minutos parado en el mar después que te hayas ido. La otra forma es la salida rápida que te puedes quedar vigilando tu barco 2 minutos y entonces ya te desconectas tranquilamente.
Ambas opciones se accede con ESC y el menú.

I had that idea for the next step in detain of my map, but not done. If you know where you are, you don't need "skyline" recognition. When F11 data will be quit I will back to that idea... maybe.

My map only resolution is 8600x6400. You need enter to photobucket and use the download option at right side I think. I must to upload a PNG version for less quality loss.

Es un malentendido, el no esta diciendo que mi mapa esté limitado, se refiere a el mapa del juego.
Yo le dije que cuando sacaron el mapa del juego, los nuestros se volvieron obsoletos. Y el dice que en realidad siguen teniendo utilidad porque el del juego no puedes hacer nada de navegación y esas cosas y hay que suplirlo con los mapas externos. Además él y yo somos colegas mapeadores y no nos criticamos nuestros mapas, siempre los recomendamos juntos.
Me gustaría que edites o borres el post antes de que vaya a mas la cosa.

I don't know, but if Devs make this movement is for a good reason, I am pretty sure. We only can guessing. In a time the the playerbase will settle and a new server distribution will be needed and the most important data, Rank and XP will be safe.

RAE's alliance with Britain doesn't make much sense to me. In what way it's beneficial to Spain, it's hard to understand.
