  1. From AI not scrapping ships and having huge collection of floating museums to AI instantly scrapping newly built ships. In my campaign France only had 3BBs, 5CAs, Cl and 4 TBs. All in one TF which got destroyed. And it has 50+ ships in build que all the time. Same with the US.
  2. It is still nearly impossible to maintain fleet with nations like Spain. The biggest ships I've got are old turret cruisers. Built 2 battleships but was forced to sell them immediatelly and I'm still 25mills in deficit every month (during the wartime). 6CAs, 12Cls and 20TBs is my navy.
  3. What is the difference between resricted and unrestricted warfare for the submarines? Anyone noticed any difference?
  4. AI Ships running away without making visual contact or proper indentification ON/OFF 😉
  5. Yes, AI running away before contact is a real problem.
  6. All of the light and secondsries are becoming turreted too early. Shielded guns (up to 140mm) were standard well into '20ies.
  7. Bad weather and low hit chances gives you lot of new possibilities and tactics. You can sink ships which are fsr superior in clear weather (you can not approach them). So I actually like bad weather. Playing Spain and I'm outnumbered all the time, can not afford BBs at all and bad wether gives my CLs a chance to approach BBs more easily and torpedo them or riddle them with 100mm and 60mm quick firing guns.
  8. If a mission is generated, AI ships must not withdraw untill they make indentification of player ship! Than they can hit flank and run away. What is the point of 1 vs 1 battles (and any others) if AI decides to run away because it can see over horizon thst player ship is 50t heavier? This is becoming game breaking now!
  9. AI seems much smarter now. It builds ships more wisely. There are no more low quality ship spam. Battle AI is much better. I have witnessed on several occasions AI withdrawing if few of it's ships got sunk while inflicting little or no damage on my ships. It just withdraw the rest - great behaviour. The most annoying is AI still running away before visual contact and AI escorts leaving transports and running awyay. Any hope on fixing this soon???
  10. I can confirm that ships are having difficulties in holding formation- following lead ship.
  11. TF invade order seems to work now. At last! Escorts still don't even try to defend convoys. They just hit the speed and run for their lives.
  12. Can you ,please, improve torpedo avoidance logic. If torpedo targets lead ship, there is no need for following ships to make hard turns and leave formation. If second ship in division is targeted, why third ship is making hard turns and... leaving formation. Why ship avoiding torpedo just dont make a hard turn and line up at the end of formation, just Like they do when damaged?
  13. Yes, I'm aware of that in the manual, but what bothers me is there were no reported transport losses in that part of Atlantic. Maybe devs shoul'd provide some clarification on TF orders- what they do, under what conditions and which missions can they generate. Also I can not get any port bombardments in my campaigns
  14. Invade order for TFs still does nothing at all. Parked spanish TF of 2BBs, 6Cls and 6DDs with invade order right in front of New York ,it just sat there for a year and generated no missions at all.
  15. AI created transport ships always use best techs available ehich is ridiculous. I'we defended convoy of mine consisted of turbo-electric driven transport ships while my best warships used geared turbines. That is just wrong. Transports shoul'd always be 3 techs behind warships and never better than turbine engines. I mean by the mid '30ies most of the transports were still driven by triple expansion engines
  16. And using some prestige to try to persuade government to declare war on some minor nation. Like on Netherlads to try to get oil rich DEI.
  17. Strange, I dont get so many storms or bad weather battles as before. But what I'm getting in 90% of cases are evening battles, so I have to hurry before low visibility degrades gunnery.
  18. Yes, in war we just get way too much money
  19. Why don't you just use torpedoes? Night is a great time for torpedo runs in 1890s as gunnery is inaccurate. Also, while hit chance for guns in storms or nights shoul'd be very, very low, in extreme close distances (as shown above) there shoul'd be no problem in riddling enemy ship. So I propose hit chances to rise exponentially starting from 400m and to be as close as 100% at 50m and bellow.
  20. Nope. Mine AI is using both big and small TFs.
  21. Waiting for weather fix since bad weather 99% of the time is becoming tiresome.
  22. While it is great to have dynamic weather I can see the problem in weather changing to frequently. Now and then changing is OK. Every time and abruptly- NO.
  23. I think that's a bug. Why preventing this and allowing player to have turbines or quadruple torpedo launchers way before AI can field them? Why limiting only that one tech tree?
  24. Early night battles are great! Only by doing torpedo attacks and evading enemy torpedoes you can sometimes sink enemy ship.
  25. Yes, armor quality can not be prioritized in any campaign.
