But what will you do when the Russians start flipping you at 15:00 server time?
-
Actually yes - they've been recruiting just about any player without a clan tag.
-
But they aren't 300 port battle players either.
-
Because you're not the one receiving them, Fayette - that is a bit obvious.
-
Almost all of the recent night flips have been defended by 25 players.
-
You might be unemployed (or not going to school), but in the rest of Europe we usually get off work around 17:00 (which would generally be 16:00 server time). So no, there won't be enough players to consistenly defend against the Russian church flips.
-
Puerto Plata, Cumana and Morgan's Bluff tell a different story.
-
No, but they are able to flip ports earlier than 17:00 server time, at which we cannot form a (proper) defense. Take away the Americans and the Russians will rule the server.

My PoV of Ays. Even though we only had 24 (again our 25th was unable to join because of a bug), and one of us was in a green fir Constitution, we were able to get a glorious victory. Only one loss, which happened to be the fireship:

Islamorada port battle; unfortunately it was far from even because of bugs. After the Spanish 26th player and our random Cerberus left, we were stuck in a 23v25 situation. Still managed to win quite comfortably, though:

A bit later than usual, but here are they anyway: Attack on Basse-Terre: (take special note of that instant ship explosion at 30:20, skipping fire shock alltogether) Defense of Puerto Plata: (Babay getting outsailed from around 40:00) Attack on Port Au Prince. A lot of shit went wrong. We split into two lines at the start to force a response from the Swedish fleet, but three of our ships magically sailed right into the enemy fleet. That, combined with the failed fireship a little while later, meant that taking the port became practically impossible.

Tell that to your Spanish friends, Celtiberofrog. The offer was made, but fully rejected. Take it up with your diplomats.

What is the point you're trying to make with that whole post? First of all you compare your defensive port battles with our offensive ones, which would obviously give a skewed win/loss ratio. Second of all, at least two ports were recently taken under 7UP leadership in EU prime time: Santo Tomé de Guayana, and Puerto Plata - defended respectively by the main Spanish and Swede fleets. We also won the brawl against the Danes in an earlier Pampatar battle, though we ended up running out of points. What is TOXIC's record of offensive PB's? 0 fights, 0 losses, 0 wins. We are not afread to lose our ships or to get new people involved. The moment you're afraid to lead a fleet because it might affect your win/loss ratio, like you currently are Vicious, you have really lost a grip on the game. Feel free to stay in your ivory tower, but don't keep bothering us with your nonsense. Thanks.

Let's remind ourselves that this thread is not to discuss battles at this length. Please keep it clean to not obscure the videos (which is the reason people come here).
