    Some people feel that naming and shaming a player is wrong bullying perhaps,i disagree,People can judge for them selves if his actions were honourable,and right.People can choose to not sail with such captains or if they choose sail with them.I for one would not sail with someone who values a dura over his fellow captains ships.As to bullying,its not bullying to tell the truth. Remember aswell this is but a game,our ships are pixels,however respect for your teammates is an important value,one that i will always value. Likewise if people find my style lacking in skill or my manner harsh,i respect your decision not to sail with me,might i recomend the ignore button on nation chat. Regards Captain Gosnell

    Whilst docked up at KPR,reports came in of a sizable Swedish fleet harassing shipping around Jamaca.Quickly rallying a defence force we sailed out to meet them.Engaging in battle just west of Morant.Sadly however i found myself over extended at the front and was sunk quickly.Meanwhile the rest of my fleet had been slowly closing the distance.Then Captain Panty Snatcher,commanding a Bucantaur abandoned the battle just as the rest of the british fleet was engaging the Swedish,leading to the loss of 4 4th/5th rate ships. I cut the video at this point as things got very heated,personally i find that sort of behaviour abhorrent,you should never abandon a fight ,when those you leave behind have no chance,especially when you are in a fully armed Bucantaur.Had Captain Panty Snatcher actually warned us before therest of the fleet closed the distance,it would have been ok,but to abandon just as the fleets engage each other is aweful. Which brings me to my second thought ,twice now i have had captains do this in battle,i wonder if this is a new tactic by alt accounts to lure people into battle believing they have superior numbers.     As a youtuber,im concerned that by removing the ability to respond to content the viewing figures will drop considerably.Also i take pleasure in engaging with people who respond to my footage.Its great to get feedback and to develope my content better,I would urge the mods to rethink this,its clear to everyone who are the bad apples/prone to writing essays and memes.Just start policing them,make it abundantly clear that toxic behavour has penalties regardless of clan affiliation or rank.

    I dont particularly like to get involved in drama,however,it does seem to me that there is a few bad apples who are either genuinely toxic,or roleplay too much.Be advised one particularly toxic player is not well regarded by the community,from reading this forum the thing that i would recomend is more agressive moderation.Questioning moderators actions outside of pm is something most forums ban people for.Certain players should be temp banned,alot of the time posts stray into the realm of baiting the opposition.Personally i think its a shame we have reached the point where this is neccessary. Perhaps a downvote system would be a good idea. If a post recieves a large volume of downvotes,it is subject to review by the moderators. I hope the forum dosent change its format,just root out and remove the bad apples. Another tactic would be to introduce server temp bans in game for those who breach all the rules.I for 1 would support this.

    This is from the Screening Fleet at the Les Cayes Port Battle on Sunday.Unfortunately due to poor communication and coordination(i am chiefly responsible as one of the leaders)we let the main enemy Agamemnons escape.I strongly urge port battle screener's to designate leaders in advance and have clear co-ordination on targets,at the moment it appears less experienced captains are prone to targeting escorts and smaller ships. p.s sorry for the video framing,i was experimenting with a new edit format.

    I can see the benefits of forts with smaller ships had a screening battle in Les Cays yesterday,and they did protect an agi quite well.
