It takes time for a Nation to react to events. This has proven to be roughly 1 day.
So the rule is: the OODA loop of a Nation is roughly 24 hours.

I think the actual numbers mentioned there qualify as bronze and I may need to refine it to:

We game by real life alliances, not by what any mechanic will dictate to us regardless of Clan or Nation.
The game can only provide basic constructs that allows us to structure those alliances and be prepared for the inevitable.

I don't care about the perk cost. I would even say you get Fleet I for free.
It should however not influence the BR rule to make invincible (Indiamen) fleets for hunters.

No need to get all in a spit fight.
@Ink will look on Monday and judge whether this is a bug or an exploit.
Since it seems to violate the rules it makes sense to put it up on Tribunal as opposed to Support.

A hostility mission is no different than pulling a flag.
To dictate the exact time of PB there is only the flag mechanic.

It's a known issue that hostility lead to PBs in the wrong timeslot.
The fix isn't that hard. After 22 hours of 100% hostility you should be able to pull the flag and hostility 100% is gained through 1 flag battle (/ port raid / whatever you call it).

If the choice is any free ship, or a trickle of certain paid ships, then I will gladly accept the gift of any free ship.
That is not in choice in the poll however.

And that last statement nullifies any concerns raised by not being able to transfer leadership by officers.
When a majority of the active officers decide the clan leader is incapable, then the clan gets stripped anyway.

No I did not, the "objection" came from within our Nation. The reason for such an objection might be the fact that the port goes to another same Nation clan, but not yours.

We played a similar scenario out in the past. The question is whether other Nation members are allowed to "object".

The glitches I reported earlier I can no longer see in the current build. I'm not experiencing any crashes, so I can't really help on debug builds.
However in another game I saw similar glitches, which were gone when I disabled shadows. Maybe that gives help or insight.

Does anybody who has crashes experience packet loss or high pings?
In our (Clan) battles, the ones who are still stuck behind the Aus-Tokyo line crashed out.

Just take a look at Global map, specifically to Pirates and Danes.
There is nothing that says, please stick to your safe zone so you never see action.
Nor, please paint all dots.
Go out, go forward fast until you meet action. Do not increase speed, or decrease the world, decrease the area of operations.
