Waves of Steel (a Warship Gunner inspired game with submarines that transform into battleships) does this and barbettes better than UAD... Even just click-dragging a length of the hull and saying 'here is the machinery, here are the magazines' would be better. And then that decision could reflect where we are allowed to place turrets and barbettes, not some arbitrary restriction that differs wildly between hulls. Yikes. That game is how old and it does ship design better than this. It's kinda sad. Designating where the internals are and having the length of the belt correspond to where we put the turrets is hugely important. And being able to switch between a normal belt and a narrow belt, and an inclined belt as well would be nice. 5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
