I wouldn't burden devs with things like this. 

That's like a feature you can add when there is absolutely nothing more to be added to the game.

We dont say "ADD IT RIGHT NOW"

Thats why the suggestions site is here, to make suggestions

I think it's a great tool which could animate some diversity on the server if used right - eg. get X damage done on ship Y, or eg. sell goods X in port Y to get some extra reward. It could add more chances for players to generate content.

Doesn't sound so bad after all, starting to like the idea more.
