Like mentioned before you cannot patch human nature so we need to be careful about those PvP rewards. Arguably, it's potentially easier to get the PvP marks than PvE marks. Naval hull refit - 15 PvP marks in store. Copper plating - very low chance drop in PvE. Based on the same concept copper plating should be in store for combat marks.
