No, you should if possible speak english (Worldlanguage most people learned and understand at least a bit) if not then not no one should be punished for the wrong language. Reason exspecially with languages like french/spain you are a minority language (in the overall playerbase) if you insist of it you only hurt your nation and drive non spanish people away ... also its bad manners to do so and not the other way around.
