Lancella Dutch de Wildt Posted October 7, 2016 Share Posted October 7, 2016 (edited) I had it once as well, restarted computer and thereby Steam, and it was solved (although I must admit I guess you already tried that but it seemed to do it in my case)...If I recall it correctly Steam thinks you try to play NA 'outside' Steam, which clearly isn't the case.
