Enzo Matrix Posted April 1, 2016 Author Share Posted April 1, 2016 I need help! the game worked and loaded up pvp eu1 on wednesday.. and now today I can play and there was an update and I wanted to play and once again it will not load up the port screen after I hit start on both modes. I have disabled everything and game won't load, PVE US1 though has loaded every single time and never once has it had the issue I am having with pvp eu1. There are over 1700 people on pvp eu 1 and constantly changing numbers so everyone else seems to be having no problems connecting. This isn't making any sense to me why it loads up one day and then won't load at all for a week on end. I am trying everything but getting same result. As you see It will just show the black circle in the corner and port will never load up. But pve works perfectly fine. Is this something on my end? I have tried everything but can't get on. disabled everything to see if for some reason it was being blocked or something but no still same result. Just stays in loading state and no port ever comes. Ink Posted April 2, 2016 Share Posted April 2, 2016 Captain, here is a possible workaround but since it is related to Registry edition, use it at your own risk: 1. Shut down the game.2. Press Ctrl+R, type regedit. 3. Go to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Game-Labs\Naval Action"4. Find there a key "OW.Ports.Hash", right click on it and delete (be careful, not the whole Naval Action folder!). 5. Close Regeditor and launch the game. Got excited hoping it would work, but still same result .. game doesn't load up port on both x64 / x86 mode still. deleted the file twice to see maybe if it would work after the second time lol.. but nothin. This is a pvp server problem because the pve worked no problem. Please help me, its been since april 2nd with no addtional help... why is it the pvp server that wont load up port.. but will work randomly whenever it feels like it? It must be somehow associated with the connection I have, although I tried EVERYTHING I could do in that way. It did not work. I have no explaination. I do not have any issues connecting to ANY other game. Double check that you are not using any content filter software like K9, that used to be the most hidden reason about issues like yours. Also some other Captains mentioned temporary uninstalled antivirus let them run the game, you could try that to check, then don't forget to install it back. Ive tried everything.. totally disabled any virus program, microsoft action center, all firewall's, any ad blocker... everything was totally off and I can not get my character to load up into port screen. I also double checked and nothing is blocking naval action anyways which is why I've been able to play 1/7 days randomly when port does decide to actually load up. I deleted the one pvp character on us and remade my pve character.. and vola pve loads up no problem.. but pvp still will not. please help me.. all my hard work is in pvp eu1. Been working perfectly for a week or so but now suddenly I can't click start and the black circle appears in the bottom left corner. Captain, the issue is about not be able to join PVP 1 EU only, while any other servers are ok. Most likely it has been already fixed for Captain Enzo Matrix In your case it could be temporary connection issues.
