This was my issue years ago and I decided to download this game again cause I thought this would be fixed but its not. I get to server select, hit my character name and go to login. and I just get a forever loading. Nothing happens. After owning this game since the early days this still persists. Please help me. my IGN is Enzo Matrix.

Nearly been a week since last post... still nothing? I deleted the one pvp character on us and remade my pve character.. and vola pve loads up no problem.. but pvp still will not. please help me.. all my hard work is in pvp eu1. I shouldnt have to be forced to play pve

Any update ink? Ive tried everything.. totally disabled any virus program, microsoft action center, all firewall's, any ad blocker... everything was totally off and I can not get my character to load up into port screen. I also double checked and nothing is blocking naval action anyways which is why I've been able to play 1/7 days randomly when port does decide to actually load up. I do not understand this problem at all. I really want to play

Oh yeah, I've deleted that file 4 times now. Each time I start the game back it that port hash is back. Just tried it again now, same result .. port won't load up.

Sent report... also what is this workaround with registry? I am not sure if I have done this yet? What would I have to do?

So I deleted my pve character to make a pvp usa one.. and what do ya know.. it wont load port either. This is a pvp server problem because the pve worked no problem. Please help me, its been since april 2nd with no addtional help... why is it the pvp server that wont load up port.. but will work randomly whenever it feels like it?

What? Almost sounds like my problem? But my problem refuses to fix itself

Hey, so I tried that. Got excited hoping it would work, but still same result .. game doesn't load up port on both x64 / x86 mode still. deleted the file twice to see maybe if it would work after the second time lol.. but nothin.

Maybe the picture will explain exactly what I mean.. As you see It will just show the black circle in the corner and port will never load up. But pve works perfectly fine. Is this something on my end? I have tried everything but can't get on. disabled everything to see if for some reason it was being blocked or something but no still same result. Just stays in loading state and no port ever comes. I will see actions pop up though like when a conquest has started.

I need help! the game worked and loaded up pvp eu1 on wednesday.. and now today I can play and there was an update and I wanted to play and once again it will not load up the port screen after I hit start on both modes. I have disabled everything and game won't load, PVE US1 though has loaded every single time and never once has it had the issue I am having with pvp eu1. There are over 1700 people on pvp eu 1 and constantly changing numbers so everyone else seems to be having no problems connecting. This isn't making any sense to me why it loads up one day and then won't load at all for a week on end. I am trying everything but getting same result.

Its been since last week now since last thursday I have been been able to play on pvp eu1. my poor reno ship I was about to craft, been a painful wait. I am feeling I may never sail again ;_;

x86 mode worked yesterday.. now today x64 and x86 wont work again. Please commander I don't get much free time, I wish I knew the core of why this is happening.

Well the game was working fine for like the last 5 days! I thought this problem was fixed... but now today its back to not loading up port. Ink, has a reason been found for why this is happening yet? Its weird that the game loaded up perfectly fine for the last 5 days, and now all the sudden it won't. Same pvp1 EU server.. its only that one this ever happens for.

Well... another day could not play .. something must be corrupted with my character on that server.. no idea why I can connect to pve but pvp won't. I really hope this can be resolved

Any luck yet? Really want to play .. All my graphics drivers are up to date.. I never had this issue at all until the most recent patch. I am stumped why it will not load.

Well... seems once again this problem is happening for me. Now it will not load up the port at all no matter what I play, x64 mode or x86 mode. Only pvp EU1 this is happening and this is the server I always play on. my old server was PVE US and it loads up perfectly fine everytime. I did a file cache check on steam.. but nothing, still will not load up pvp eu1. I need guidance on why this is happening.. especially just to me because no one else has reported this problem??

Ok! No idea if I managed to fix the problem? I got in! I just hit run naval action x86 beta version? I dunno but now suddenly the port load finally came and I am in. Really do not know if this actually fixed the problem? But phew to say the least lol

argh this is fusturating.. it worked perfectly fine yesterday, now update and refuses to ever load the port up. If I am to delete my character I will lose all my ships / buildings / money? Is there a way for Dev to look into my character to see why the game will not do load? I don't want to lose all my stuff

Dear lord please save him from alien ware! Totally waste of money! Build your own computer for WAY less. Alienware charges huge prem just because of their brand name.

Possibly, the population has been steadily dropping there. gone from 1650 down to 1300 in about 30 minutes. But the other severs loaded fine so I can just hope I am not the only one experiencing this problem. Makes me kind of nervous when I did not see any other post of this issue lol.

Hello.. I updated the game to the most recent patch and when I tried to log into pvp EU1 .. it gets to select my character.. I select it.. hit start and the black circle icon pops up such to show loading I assume? But nothing happens.. sitting for over 15 min and multiple attempts the game refuses to load into the port? I went into PVE and it loaded up perfectly fine into port. Currently there is 1400 players in pvp eu1, so I do not understand why my game will not load the port. please help!
