William the Drake Posted March 16, 2016 Share Posted March 16, 2016 (edited) I was lucky enough to see her and her big(ger) sister the Pride of Baltimore II at the Tall Ship Philadelphia/Camden festival. As I recall, her crew informed me that A: the original lynx would have been bigger; more similar in size to the Pride, and B: that the original was actually a Double Topmast Schooner, unlike the replica which is a Single Topsail. DeRuyter Posted March 17, 2016 Share Posted March 17, 2016 I have sailed on the Lynx before and would recommend it if they are doing sailing tours. Worth the extra $ over just a deck tour.
