I doo its says i can redeem one but when i do it says i already did but the thing is it no where in my port and i haven't been any where else.

So here is the thing i got this game back in January when they where offering the yacht. i down load the game played a few rounds....they didnt eve have open world yet. i play my yacht a few time then stoped till they ad open world. now tht its here i started playing. the first time i logged in i saw a message at the port i started at saying i had a redeemable ship , the yacht. but when i redeem it, it says it has already been redeemed. it not in my fleet or port and it keep saying i can redeem it but then says i have already done so any ideal on how to fix this?
