So far i know la Navasse is the Nr. 1 tradehub on PVE Server ... feels a Bit wrong you can keep it until hell freezes and Nobody Else get a Chance to get ...
So i suggest to let it go, you have had it Long enough ...

Remove crew from any ship and it's BR drops. Basically the Leopard has a BR of 330 so u need to remove about 71% of its crew which comes down to 124 crew.. but since u can remove crew below the treshold to leave port after u enter OW that's not a big issue.
When u tag/gets tagged u just add crew before battle starts.
Easy.
I think BR and Crew are Not connected, its the rank (or max-crew you can have) that is connected to the BR. In testings months ago i was Not able to lower my BR on Ships by reducing Crew.

Glad to see more not giving up to a bully. That goes to nation fighting both Russia and Sweden. Thoes still fighting is in for lots of content.
Just look at DK-NG. Some fight aginst Sweden and some will start go out fight for them. Imho british already failed in screening. Screening fleet was unorganized and small, then it seems they just went in battle with the swedish screeners. I saw no attempt to Tag the PB Fleet ...

2. Not necessary to be an afk trader ... I already ganked a trader 4 times in a row ... He was Just to slow to escape ...
(Ganking him 4 times hurts me more than him, but i had to do it for educational reasons ...)

I often do this, but problem is then i dont get intelligence about enemy ship sightings ...
We should really get two more national Channels, one for trade and one for intelligence ...
