it's still more powerful to some degree, it doesnt mean that the BR change has to be very high though, what he proposed was +50 change or something like that, not double the BR
what will this improve? eh well, the ships might end up (but it doesn't mean that they will) being classified more accurately, not a big deal

what about making it change not based on amount of slots, but instead based on amount of mods which are already equipped ? (and maybe perks such as fast/very fast/very sturdy etc.) woodtypes and port bonuses should also affect the final BR
