Great guide, does anybody have access to the information for materials / crafting guide for the forge ? a spreadsheet or online resource
couldn't find any information anywhere, or could be missing what is blindingly obvious somewhere

If we were to give every nation an upgrade , only they have access to, then the calls of bias would get louder depending on the latest meta.
I've always thought we should be fighting over the best materials ( carta when it was sought after seemed to work well ) and If all the upgrade mats were available at conquerable ports, then why not stop upgrades being smuggled around in a magic box and perhaps only have books hidden away
A nation having a ship of its own would cause issues also. everything capturable, by everyone able to do so IMHO works best

I am all for allowing another nation(s) in but I would think they need a capital. Plenty of space in the Gulf of Mexico to put 1 port in for any of the so called "impossible" nations who need a place to be able to grow from.
imho would make for better gameplay

You should really think about adding more cosmetic dlcs. Im sure a whole lot wouls buy them - to fund even more future ships
E.g.
Clan flag (permit)
Colored sails
Player (name) cosmetics - im sure some pirates would pay to have a black name
Emote pack dlc - maybe in Form of chat smileys / ...
...
yeah clan DLC and a trader DLC are something I have been contemplating
clan dlc could include extra clan dock space for those with the pack, clan flag etc
trader dlc could give extra cargo space , extra fleet space etc

It's the best there is, coupled with felix's map which shows ship parts required etc but I could not find forge info and thought somebody might already have it
