  1. It did not, quite the contrary, it expended. We will give you our prefered build also. The Pavels/ Consti/ Bucentaure/ Traders we took yesterday were not all satisfactory in terms of quality. I'm afraid to say some of your traders were even empty! . After all while England is renowned for its sailors their ships are clearly lacking .
  2. we had a council, we talked, we reorganised. Expect us ;-)
  3. Don't loose hope dear spanish captains. We had a council meeting today, decisions were made. We will share the details with your diplomats but be sure of one thing. We are coming back into the frey! We have not forgotten our brothers.
  4. http://img15.hostingpics.net/pics/790020Sanstitre.jpg thx for the loot guys
  5. Attacks have happened on every side of the treaty, as Sveno said the proper chanel is to talk to your diplomat directly and to send him the screen you took. In this case your diplomat will come into contact with the swedish diplomat to settle the matter and to make sure it does not happen again. We are settling cases like that on a daily basis outside of the forums.
  6. I'm not playing the victim here, I'm just stating the fact that there is no french community anymore. What is left will keep trying to retake those 04-06 ports and will keep helping the spanish as we did again yesterday sinking the british flag for Manzanilla.
  7. Eric was our contact with the pirates, unfortunatly he stopped playing. The rest of us are not aware of this agreement you had involving attacking sweden. While we are grateful for your offer of ports in our time of need, we were not able to make the jump while being attacked on several front. After the treaty we began jumping there but the AUSFC were not willing to grant us territory. AUSFC being friendly to us we didn't want to cause a stir. I have a lot of respect for the work you are doing and apologise for the bad experience you had with us. We will try to be better in the future. Unfortunatly our faction is now stuck between the treaty zone and the 04-06 ports set by the brit and the dutch. As a result our nation is dying. Some went rogue and are doing everything they can to break the treaty, some just stopped playing, some decided to stop RVR while the mechanics are not reworked and the rest is doing what they can, mainly staying up at night getting recked trying to retake 04-06 ports, screening for the spanish and suiciding vs larger PB fleets. I doubt our community will ever recover. Yet what remains intact is our admiration for the Spanish and our respect for the Pirates. o7 Lord Vicious
  8. We do not want things to become a port timer war, the french have set the timer for Sale Trou to 04-06 as an exemple of what might happen if the British players kept setting those timers. Unfortunatly the Dutch did the same for Jacmel. The french do not support these tactics and won't set any more 04-06 timers for the time being. We have made our point. The situation is being discussed off the forum with the Dutch and hopefully with the British. A council meeting with the four nation might be a good thing but it won't be on the forum. Please don't turn this into yet another flame war.
  9. So you are lurking in the french forum in search of a random dirty post by a random guy to show how disgusting we are? and you call yourself a diplomat? that's just one more reason for me not to speak with you. You could also have quoted the post made just below criticizing the trash talking but it didnt go with what you were trying to describe... Now pls don't talk to me again
  10. We are ready to speak with any British council representative. Just not you. After all you are the one who tried to block our flag the day we took Port Antonio. Did you think this would be well received coming from a diplomat? If your council consider this as rejecting talks...it just shows the British council was not willing to speak with us in the first place.
  11. I am acting as just another diplomat, not as an ambassador, we do not have diplomatic representation with the brits ;-)
  12. You did not get a constructive answer because you refused to answer a simple question I asked you in a private message, if you wish to make this public, I will ask again: Could you now point me to another Diplomat?
  13. Taunting? You attacked during the Euro...with two full english fleet and a Dutch screening fleet...we were 10 at most with about 2 spanish and 1 Danish...so 55-60 vs 10-15...we weren't even able to break the blockade in front of Ile a Vache...so yes we were not able to defend...then come the timers...we have almost no players playing on this time zone...your allies just pressed the "I win" button and can now gank the Spanish. We are now stuck in Azua with 4 ports we can't retake. Congrats! But we will play your game. No more fair timers from us. We learn from our mistakes. We do not forgive, We do not forget, Expect us.
  14. 1. Well for the content there was so much discussions about so many things that no nation can say they enforced all terms...they is still things we are not happy about but that we accepted. 2. it is still a no pvp zone. and we still have open world PVP with the exception of the Dutch, Swedes and Danes. As I said the no pvp zone was much larger at first and the Dutch were not opposed to this. You changed your mind later (witch is your right) after speaking with the Swedes I guess (and us with the Danes). I still have the drawn maps that were exchanged with Pietjnoob. Negociation is about joining opposing view. We did just that. This can't be overstated. But we are getting a little off topic here
  15. In fact the first draft of the Treaty was written by Lytse Pier, a Dutch player. o7 While its true that we have a no pvp zone, at first this zone extended on the whole Sanctuary area and was for everyone. Following discussions this was reduced to "land in sight only". The Dutch and French were not happy with that (fog? night? too complicated) and the Danes and Swedes wanted to keep PVP in their home waters. The four nation had there ideas about what they wanted. Positions changed more than once. In the end there is two no pvp area: the french zone and the Dutch zone. We don't hate the Brits, we are just at war with them. And we have not decided yet to stop RvR, its just being discussed. As for Rosaly our diplomats are in contact with the swedish to resolve this issue. Screenshot of the participant were taken and provided to the Swedes and no member of the CSNF took part. As for the French you are right, being french we love to complain but we are not alone in this case. Players from every faction have voiced their opinion about the timer/ Flag mechanics
  16. If we were able to create something like the treaty of the antilles, witch atm is more or less working (with some hiccups that are beeing managed) nothing is impossible. We did just that during The Antilles War, it was hard, it was long, we lost ports, but we fought on and we were also fighting on several fronts
  17. I agree with that but if the timer in the haiti ports were a problem of time zone, they would have been defended...Les Cayes was not
  18. - It wouldn't be that hard to enforce - You seem to forget the US/Dutch/Swedes - I wouldn't want to be of any trouble to you, if it pleases you, we can and will set all our future port timers to 04-06 server time.
  19. We were there at first for the Spanish attack on St Ann, we were a little late to be usefull so decided instead to hunt a little. From St. ann to Carlisle we had the time to capture/sink or burn 1* Belle Poule, 1* Trader Brig, 1* Surprise, 2* Trincomalee, 1* Ingermanland before you got to us. Our group had partly disbanded (8 at the start) and we were heading home when you appeared. We also tried to set up an ambush for you coming from Cayman but unfortunatly it was really late in the evening and they took too long and couldn't join. FYI that Bellona was a former british Bellona ;-) it just returned to its original country Anyway it was fun. Pretty accurate map. PS.:The Renommée that is not accounted for had connection trouble and decided to tp in the fog at the start of the chase ;-) PS.2: The Frigate was not part of our hunting group, we just hailed each other and continued our merry way
  20. And here it goes again. it's a lost cause.Have fun guys.
  21. For as long as the Danes grant us access. Don't try to outsmart us, you want an answer? here it is. For a month, renewable. now stop trolling.
  22. I'm not arguing with you guys. I'm just stating that the French council is considering stopping rvr until the mechanics are reworked or we can come to an understanding and a gentleman agreement.
  23. If exchanging empty port in the middle of the night is what you find fun, good for you. As for the Antilles War I don't even know why you bring that up...this has nothing to do with the matter at hand
  24. It's not a timezone problem in this case. Last time in Les Cayes we retook the port with the 04-06 timer. The port was not defended. Of all the port we retook at 04-06 timer we never saw even one get defended. We all heard the talks about the fact that the timer was for the Australian players....We just never saw one of them defend anything in the Antilles or Haiti. So what's the point? We are tired of those mechanics. The French Council is speaking about just quitting RVR until this gets sorted out. Congratulation to the brits they will have their victory without even having to fight. But at what cost?
