After reading most of the post here I've felt the need of asking something reffering to this: Imagine this situatuion: (You are a guild) 1. The actual ruler/politics/decisions doesn't satisfies your desires. 2. You hate the group in the power. 3. You start a rebellion. First ask: Will you able to refill you crew in not rebel ports? (I know this feel stupid, but I mean, should you be able to recruit crew by forcicng him or something like that? Second ask: Will It be possible to have more than one rebellion at the same time? (more than one group wants the power) Third ask: How an alliance can help rebels or mother country in the civil war? Fourth ask: (this is a bit off topic I think) Can the rebels hire pirates to supports their attacks? (And the same for the mother nation) Last ask: Spain is famous in this game for being discordinated and having problems of unity. It's probable to us to be in civil war more than once every month. Are there any think of how to control how to start a civil war or how to finish it without a winner?

1 - Depends... If you want to promote the competitivity dont let sink ships and this will be "Sports" duels, otherwise can become on "grinder" duels 2 - It depends. If you decide to implement ship lost then give EXP and GOLD, If not, do not give EXP but yes a little amount of gold 3 - Leaderboard will be great! I think you should make national and international ones. *** Suggestion : If you decide to implement leaderboards, you should include some prizes to the 10th first places (for example). (Prizes like EXP, GOLD, SHIPS. Whatever) If you do this you encourage people to duel in the "arena" probably this could finish in a new competitive way of the game.

If you want to give your support to the "national revolted army" leave your support in the comments and after catches port of our enemies you will be appointed Lord Protector of the port. As you may have noticed after my uprising as supreme leader Spain, our nation has been reborn from its ashes like a phoenix and with renewed verve launches into an even more dangerous journey. Since the supreme governing body formed by its absolutísima and excelentísima person (so I), we congratulate all members and sailors harmoniously commanded by his admirals take up arms to free our countrymen oppressed under the English tyrant. I, Protyp I of Spain in full use of my powers as supreme ruler of the nation I declared a state of "Juergus maximus" in the taverns of all Spanish ports. There will be no captain not to sleep at least 7 hookers in the same bed accompanied of all the barrels of rum you want. We celebrate our glorious victory in style so that even in the taverns of Port Royal putrid hear our songs of victory. Viva Protyp and Viva Spain! What day do you will do this?

As The Maximun Ruler of Spain, I have to refuse your suggestions. Even if the clans leaders agree in make a peace the whole spanish captain don't agree with that and we will have the same problem that we had before. You will be attacked by these captains and you will consider it as an act of war and this will never get end. Do you really wants to finish this war? It's simple move your fleet away from CUBA. Let us to Retake our ports gradually and then I believe that Spanish nation wont see you like an invasor or enemy that we have to destroy. You don't really want this offer, I respect that but you won't deal any peace with an enemy who has anything to lose. We doesn't mind how much frgates you will sank us, or how much 3rd (we will capture 3 for every 1 you sink). You won't pass, we are spartans and mantua is the new Thermopilles. (I have to say that is my opinion without any impact of faction diplomacy, my autproclaimed title its just for fun, we still enjoy comedians)
