Clan and Guild Content

In some games you get bonuses if you are in a guild.

 

For example the ability to port to each other or get XP (small ones) boosts.

 

I would like that. This bonuses should be not make the game unbalanced but could be very interesting and motivating to play in teams.

The guild could get a "level system" and the leader can choose between options.

 

Level 1

a) 5 % reloading boost

B) 5 % speed boost

c) 5 % turning boost

 

Level 2

a) 5 % xp boost

B) 5 % money boost

 

etc..

 

There could be many different options and so every guild could form these bonuses to their tactics.

 

The leveling should be independent on member counts.

It should be more the experience they get in battles / wars.

You will find massive resistance to these kind of magic bonuses. I for one do not have any interest in these sorts of bonuses either.
