OW Hunting Grounds

Gentlemen, wonder if you would share your experiences of where the most PVP occurs in OW. This may save wasted journeys trying to find players for combat testing rather than AI. Currently I am playing under Spanish colors and usually find some action in the Virgin Island's area where the is Danish and British ports are located although this is getting quieter. So where is everyone and where will I find fleet player action?

Guaranteed action between Cuba and Haiti. Not the wisest area for solo players tho.

Honestly, it's not hard to figure out.  Understand where the starting areas of each nation are, then extrapolate where might each nation head once in heavier ships.

 

And generally speaking, the center of the map is a good starting point when searching for pvp.

As a Danish player, i go either west towards Hati or north west towards San Juan.

Seen a lot of PVP action near Basse Terre and around that region.  British vs Sweden, Surprise-Trinc level.

Thanks arrived in Basse Terre and was straight away attacked. Will make my way south and then west along the coast of South America. Inigo is correct.

plenty of room out there for every 1 needs just need a good map to find all these hidden ports!
