I don’t remember if now they still dropping and if this drop is the same rank as the dismantled ship, so a 5th rank ship could drop just 5th rank blueprints or is it random? I serach in the Net and i find something that eventually is long outdataded and i haven’t all day long to search for it in every post here on the forum with sometime a cross-check. So please forgive me if i ask something that should be obvious for Staff and users that can stay very long time on the server... There are a lot of rare mods and books that can be only acquired through drops. It's like a Vegas casino... you can blow all the money you have and never win anything... or play once and win the jackpot... The "good" news is that after the most recent round of nerfs, a lot of rare mods aren't worth it anymore (i.e. Elite British Rig refit is barely any better than the Katherine figurehead that you buy in the admiralty).
