That looks like HMS Macedonian as USS Macedonian.  So we have a Lively after all  Maybe?

 

Especially when you look at the figure head as seen here:

 

 

EDIT:  Nope, never mind.  Upon closer inspection, the bow looks nothing like the Lively-class.  Good guess though.  I like the Spanish

its a mix of Chapman plans and French one if i recall right

 

and if you look at the quallity of the model on this screenshot and the quality of the new ships you should figure out why they have removed her
