Farrago Posted June 5, 2017 Share Posted June 5, 2017 I've always assumed that even with smuggler flag on, killing enemy nations ship in their county would raise hostility but now I'm not so sure. 0 Werewolf Posted June 5, 2017 Share Posted June 5, 2017 Yes, you still raise hostility. I was messing around in Port Au Prince area the other night, killing ai.. hostility went up to 2.x%.
