  1. I've been waiting since the 23rd too. I sent an email to support with all the required information two days ago and still haven't heard anything. I would have thought I'd receive some sort of email at least telling me they received the support request? I checked my junk mail settings and I believe I had some sort of adaptive filtering on that I was unaware of and I suspect this has been the cause. I have obviously, turned this off and should be able to receive all mail right now. Can someone here communicate to the dev's to send me an email of any sort just to make sure I can receive their emails? I did resend my same email from two days ago to support@navalaction.com but I'd like to just see if I can receive any sort of email from them at all. I can post my email address in private. thanks, looking for a life line here!
  2. Thanks for the link. Seems clear something is amiss at this point. I sent them an email with the transaction ID and all the other stuff they requested in that link. Thanks for pasting it in there for me!! ;-)
  3. checked spam folder....bought a week ago no key still......I paid on Jan 23rd through PayPal. I did receive notification money was sent. I am supposed to see an email to the place paypal communicates right? The Paypal email address on file right?

  6. Ok Just ordered Pre-order through PayPal using my business Paypal account and this is what it says: Is this correct? Looks so odd? Business Name: Test Idea Please Ignore JLT (The recipient of this payment is Non-U.S. - Verified) Email: support@navalaction.com I don't see any option on my business Paypal account to add that email address as one to not be screened for spam. Is there something I'm missing with that too? I have no clue if I've done this properly. Does show a transaction that I paid 39.99 to that above email address. Very confused right about now....can I get a lifeline? ;-)
  7. I want to get my key for next week but hate using Steam. What is this about Paypay? Is there some way to skip Steam? thanks!
