Hey would you rather have the US just keep the East coast and stick to it?    Most of the US players moved south Because that's the only direction we could go which then forced us into the Spanish waters. They all but moved south anyways.  We then went after the pirates that were trying make a nest in the north western Florida area.  now those are gone. We hopped over to the Yucatan to halt any Brit Advance in that region.  and the french ports in the northern golf were pretty much capped by a bunch of pubs. we are now losing more port to the Brits and have taken much recently compared to them anyways.  But hey call us what yo want..The french are like a kid demanding no one use a toy that he wasn't using in the first place...

  2. It was never the plan to out number you.

    A little over week ago the Swedes showed up saying they were getting Zerged by Brits.

    Just after that representatives of a couple British clans showed up saying the we're trying to help the Danes rebuild but that WIS wouldn't allow the captured ports to be returned to the Danes. Now this all painted the WIS in a bad light.

    Having been up there a few days on my own my personal observations are as follows:

    Swedes are not really being Zerged. WIS and TCF combined are probably a nice match for the Swedes. We're not seeing any other Brits in the area.

    I have only seen two Dane captains at all. So maybe they don't even have enough players to recapture the ports even if the Brits offered.

    We did find one rather ornery American MOB clan fellow off Fredericksted threatening to bring a hundred US players into the area. Not sure why he was there or the validity of the threat.

    Situation is not as we were led to believe so it requires some re-evaluation. But for the moment I don't think we're going anywhere.

    oh if that is the one mob player i think it was then he had that teleport glitch and was scouting for the hell of it since he was over there.  and he likes to talk loud but dont  worry about his bite ....

Why Punish or tax players who play....you are essentially charging your player base a fee for playing... not every one is focusing on exp. and then punish on top of that plus if they dont upkeep their xp they are forced out of game play content....nope not in my world would i ever play a game like this...unless the rewards are far greater  but that would have to be a lot in order for me to even think about this....

  5. Would only help promote further secularizing within nations even more.

    Why Pubs see conquest shows up with minimum size ship   tags along doesn't do much then get reward for helping.....  when a clan member who chiped in for the over all cost has to sit out and miss it.....that there already makes the clan hate the pubs even more.  with this system they should have a option to make it open to public once the flag carrier gets all the people he wants in first so that the people who help pay for a 600k flag can at least participate .

  6. I like most of this , with some minor edits to durability.  Im fine if ships only have one dura past frigs if

    1. The ships didnt cost as much as they do now. currently you need over 5k hours to build one 3rd rate...not first but 3rd... 2.8k for just a frig.

    The cost for the frig. mats are around 150k.  Currently if i am correct you can make about 1.2k labor hours back after 24 hours....so with the number right now it would take a few days to rebuild a lost fig.

    2.We have More mats.     Mats are unlimited but limited to a total production per day over all which mean the more player  the less chances of you getting any of the daily amount produced. if you have a ship with one dura that mean loss of a ship has greater effects.

    3. With One dura ships upgrades will be lost on ships. Currently there some upgrades that can not be produced and the ones you want need a maxed lvl crafter. So either have upgrades drop better or make them easier to craft.

  7. 1) Change their name !!...even guilds is better...but Fleets would probably be the best name.

    2) Allow clans to have a treasury, where players either donate money or the clan can put a tax on credits earned, this can fund clan activities (flag buying etc).

    3) Allow clans to have a 'flag' that flies from the top mast or some such.

    4) Allow for clan 'warehouses' and 'shipyards' to store items (perhaps even Clan claimed 'capitol' towns).

    5) Provide a 'clan' map, where the clan leaders/officers can annotate/draw on. 

    like alot of these things. +1

    #3 though , they said that it affect the game for some reason.  im no coder or game developer so i have no ideal.

  8. The reinforcement really needs worked on but the devs said that they hopefully will get ride of this system once the battle map update comes out..  

    it is being used not as a cold war style of fighting  say two big fleets  are going to attack each other. One fleet just has to be in their reinforcement zone to make it harder for the other fleet to attack. all you need is a small fleet to get to bait them.. call in reinforcements  then the rest of the fleet can jump in to cause havoc.

  9. Hmmm as much as i despise a woman in command of a sea vessel. the name of which you speak does ring a faint bell....but it could be the rum talking...and/or the deafening of my ears due to cannon fire back during the war.....

  10. LOL. ^^^ This is exactly what I'm talking about. ^^^

     

    6 trincs versus 1 Swede was okay, but when the Swedes and French brought 25 ships against 6 British, there seems to suddenly be a problem. Turnabout is fair play and all that.

     

    You guys aren't interested in "good fights". You just want to gank 24/7 in grouped fleets like you were about to do to that Swedish player. If you want a "good fight", there's about 500 Americans up north who are getting bored with capturing uncontested ports.

    More like west...near the Yucatan area....please we are tired of sailing to your door step....you guys even have ports near us..comon it'll be fun ...i promise because else they don't call me admiral rice nothing.....wait never mind they call me capt rice now...
