  2. How about the Fredericus Quartus? Its a beautiful first rate ship of the line launched in 1699. She was armed with a 110 guns and had a crew of 950 men. She is a real danish beauty All her details can be found here http://threedecks.org/index.php?display_type=show_ship&id=651
  3. May i suggest the most beautiful ship that ever sailed? Its been suggested before i know but i have not seen any detailed pictures of her. I am of course talking about the Sophia Amalia. The Sophia Amalia was a ship of the Royal Dano-Norwegian Navy named after Sophia Amalia, the wife of King Frederick III. The ship was built at Hovedøen in Christiania under the direction of English shipbuilder James Robbins and was launched in 1650. She was 51.8 meters long and at that time one of the largest naval vessels in the world. She was commissioned by King Christian IV specifically to surpass the British shipHMS Sovereign of the Seas. The ship was manned by a crew of 680 and had an armament of 108 guns, surpassing Sovereign of the Seas by eight guns. You are able to find more detailed pictures of her but sadly they are too big to upload.
