Haulover was the only place you were seen by anyone in Bork. That's curious.

Tell BORK to get their eyes checked.  And I thought Gentlemen weren't supposed to lie?

(ps. these are just ones with BORK members in them).

Anyway your poor recollection of the facts....as usual...is wrong.  It would appear that I was indeed in more fights than just Haulover.  - Note you (Latron) do not appear in any of the above screenshots for a guy in "dozens'" of battles.

I'm over this discussion.  You're wrong.   Now back to Spanish salt.

lol I was in dozens of port battles in both US and EU prime time. I can only think of one PB I saw you in so that's quite a feat for you.

Only 1 huh.  You sure? Just a quick look at my screenshots and I've run out of digits to count battles on so I can't go that high.  I do actually only see you in Haulover, which is odd.   You must have been afflicted with the same illness that prevent's KoC from accurately calculating port battle BR.  Those in the battles I think might have a different opinion.  You probably want to get that water checked over there in Gustavia.  Brain eating amoebas perhaps.

Regardless, I think @Comrade FrosT has put it succintley enough.  Guerrila tactics might have provided less than glamorous screenshots, but ended up being a success.  something something lose the battle win the war

That's not really related to how actual battles went back then. Sweden doesn't care about San Juan anymore. If you actually took part in that war then you would just be happy to see it end.

I'll wager I was in 2-3x the amount of battles you were there chief.  And I've been enjoying doing nothing during this great peace.

However if you're going to criticize the Dane's tactics, you should acknowledge that they ultimately ended up achieving their goals.

Was that even reproduceable? It's not like we used it. Liq noticed it on accident and reported it everytime it happened lol

We also didnt stack missions. What bugs did we use?

Pretty sure we saw stacked Swede missions at one point or two.  Mission stacking was reported and then deemed "allowed" or "not worth out time to fix" by the Devs.  Any finger pointing should be done in their direction I think.  In an online game where results matter, especially in NA where weeks to months work can be wiped out in a matter of hours in a port battle its always going attract players that push the boundaries as to what is allowed and what is not.  Competitive gaming in general is like this.  Policiing ourselves is simply not our job.  If a holier than thou attitude is something a player wants to hang over others....cool.  That and 3 bucks will get you a cup of coffee.

Use em or don't, it's ultimately up to the game devs to fix...correct....punish.....or in this case ignore.

    Sadly, I agree.

With the disparition of screening, RVR could (would, should, might, this is the question) become a business for an handful of specialised players, always the same in a nation, who will do all the PB's, rejecting all other players out because, "we have no choice" or "this is something for very experienced players only" or "sorry but who are you?"...

Casual, new players, independent will be out of screening before the PB, out of the battle during the PB, and of no use after the PB. This is the new content?

This is exactly what will happen.  Regardless of the many gripes we have with screening, major PBs are the servers only choice of content that involves more than 20-30 people.  Taking that away I think will bring back the “elites” and small PBs for a short time...bit in the long term kill the population further.  I could be wrong, but past coding decisions have typically been determined by cost and speed rather than quality...and I don’t see that changing.

And ? I dont deny that, but british have enough screeners on their own, yesterday 130+ people on brit ts :)

Clearly those numbers didn’t stop Swedes from Screening them in at the ports earlier.    Hence our involvement.

Speaking of bullying, didn’t I see some of you in the battles vs pirates?  Seems the server police line only applies to Russia occasionally?

This is all a bit irreverent because all those fights go away soon because screening isn’t content apparently.

Maybe They are aided by swedish because They cannot enter pb because of the massess of screeners ?

Btw funny you say this and then you go bully french, patheic server police

Swede screeners were showing up weeks before Russians started helping at Belize FYI.  Also relative to what you guys did to the Dutch, Russia has been using the kid gloves vs France.

The game is fundamentally flawed, if not the Russians it would have been another nation, the Russians simply did it the best. The game is solely centered around RVR every other activity in game is shallow and is a means to the end of RVR. The activity of RVR is one were you are incentivized to collect into one nation and kill all opposition effectively destroying the sole content of the game. I am not sure anything can actually be done about it as its so deeply imbedded into the game. Maybe if other activities were more fleshed out it would give people something else to do besides wait for the largest power to get bored to repeat the cycle but that is not the case.

Not to mention 1 other major aspect of the game, crafting, is directly tied to RVR.

Until the game shifts away from the winner take all mindset in this current iteration of RVR, zergs will continue to be a thing.  No one wants to lose all their crafting and start over mutlifple times.  There is simply no downside to being in the zerg (other than crowded patrols) and zero advantages to not be.  Which is why I'm a huge proponent of less nations, as there will be more than just 1 or 2 zergs.

  9. Other Russian clans can correct me if I’m wrong here...but I think the peace and relative boredom have been enjoyable and allowed most players (on both sides) to chillax and casually PVP or try out other games.  I’m sure things will pick up in 2-52 weeks when this patch releases.

Just a personal anecdote, At the start of the quarantine I was home and able to do just about all the fights, grinds, screenings  and multi flips for a couple of weeks and it was a little too much.  Typically I can only do maybe half of the content given my time zone and work....I can only imagine how burned out guys like North, Anolytic and rediii get.  A month or 2 of boredom I think is deserved
