We have exemple of when nationals take majority control of their in-game nation (Spain-France for exemple). Others tend to leave. A China nation only active during China’s time zone won’t do any good IMO.

I must say I have a preference for the dutch ship (Pieter Paulus), simply because it was launched during revolutionnay/napoleonic wars, the timeframe I think NA should focus on for easier balancing.

One thing I find odd is the insane amount of monetary mass circulating in the world. It feels weird to have 10 M reals in my personnal bank account when the 1813 annual budget of the whole US navy was 9,5 M$.
Would it be possible to divide every price and reward by 100? So someone carrying 10M$ would now have 100k reals, yet keep the same purchasing power? Or would this somehow demotivate a player base used to 21rst century monetary level?

Aren't small ships modeled at a larger scale than frigates and lineships? I recall something about the Lynx being too large compared to other ships.

Pour le moment, il n'y a que la Russie, la Suède, les GB et les Hollandais qui peuvent aspirer à faire du RVR. Les autres nations n'ont pas la masse critique de joueurs pour de telles ''ambitions''.

Any development for a form of coalition/alliance?
It is badly needed so all nation can have a shot at RVR, especially for players from “secondary” time zone.

Considering battle confusion is not an argument anymore since the introduction of DLC flags, I’d really like to hoist my own flag even when joining the side of a different nation.
If alliances are in the work, the confusion would be even less

They will use their alts in other nation to sabotage resistance. I’d be worried if I was playing in Prussia. 😂
