For desktop gpus: I don't know much about amd gpus because I haven't bought one in almost 10 years, but here are a list of nvidia gpus. Thus you will be able to play NavalAction. @Kookaburras: Shader model 5 is a tech requirement. Now and for the near future. Maybe forever. Only very old cards do not support this technology.
