    Frequent Crashing

    Captain, could you please clarify, do you experience crash to desktop or disconnections to the server selection menu? In the first case please try to verify integrity of game files in Steam (right click on Naval Action->properties->Local Files tab). If that does not help and you still experience crashes to desktop, please send a fresh F11 report right away you logged back from crash

    Full Captain Chest

    This is not a bug, the current limit for marks is 9999. Once limit are reached, you won't accumulate marks anymore until you spend some. However on test bed once you claim a mission reward in a port, the reward appear in your warehouse. The limit might be tuned in future but this is not related to support subforum

    Continually Disconnected

    Please try to send another connection test report right away you got disconnection next time, as it seems the problem related to temporary issues on side ISPs or your end (game servers did not experience any issues recently). The sooner you sent the report the better (e.g. if you sent it after 5 mins since disconnection, temporary issues might be gone and connection test will be fine)

  14. Капитаны, Просьба давать ваши замечания и пожелания по новому интерфейсу только в данной теме: что нравится, что не нравится, что не работает и так далее. Мы понимаем, что первоначально будет достаточно сложно адоптироваться к новому интерфейсу, так как за годы игры многие игроки привыкли к старому - но мы уверены в том, что новый интерфейс гораздо лучше и более легко воспринимается.

    Captains, clans was given the tools to control entrance of port battle to protect themselves from alts and such. Also, in this particular case it seems both sides misunderstood each other in the conversation during the battle. The case is closed.
