If you can't find your Steam key there, please send me a mail on ink@navalaction.com from the email address that was used to purchase the game and include there another email that you could use as well. Have you checked spam/junk folders in those emails for mails from Xsolla?

    Greetings Admiral, do you mean you still use the launcher version? Please make sure to check your email that you specified on purchase, there should be a mail from Xsolla with the Steam key. Make sure to check spam/junk folders as well. If you can't find your Steam key there, please send me a mail on ink@navalaction.com from the email address that was used to purchase the game. Here is guide on how to install and use Steam

Make sure there is no Naval Action folder remaining in Steam\steamapps\common\ folder (shift-delete Naval Action folder otherwise) 3. Delete temporary NA files by this workaround: https://forum.game-labs.net/topic/19975-workaround-for-certain-ui-loading-problems-inlcuding-trader-tool/?do=findComment&comment=542624 4. Delete NA folder in registry by this workaround: https://forum.game-labs.net/topic/19975-workaround-for-certain-ui-loading-problems-inlcuding-trader-tool/ 5. Reinstall the game in Steam

  21. Admirals, This is a known issue that we plan to address in upcoming patches. Before that we advice to wait without clicking buttons being in the loading screen. It will load eventually, on average it can take max. 10-12 minutes.
